Haha, I can't even imagine that. But I do know what loud is. When I was in a band, our guitarist would put his full stack (two cabs, which is like 5 feet tall, combined) right next to my drum set, facing me. That, plus I hit the drums hard. **** was ridiculous.
Ah, I woke up at 3:00 AM and couldn't get back to sleep, so I thought "you know, I'm going to be lifting in the mornings next week, anyway. Why not just do it?" So I got out of bed at 3:30, ate 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of oats, and a banana (totals like 35g protein, 100g cho), got done eating at 4, worked out at 5, and here I am. Haha, I was just in the zone this morning, so I didn't take it easy like I should have. My calves are still sore from FST-7, so I did some extra sets of SLDL.
5 minutes on treadmill
Dynamic stretches Squats- 65x12 85x5 (warm-ups) 115x5 135x5 165x5 175x5 SLDL- 135x5 155x5 175x5 195x5 185x5 175x5
All of that in 35 minutes (including treadmill and stuff). Told you I was in the zone. Haha, since I'm "deloading", I lowered my cals a little bit. I'm at 150g protein, 350g cho, and 50g fat. I'll up it once I start training hard again.
AND! My first cheat meal in like a month and a half is on Saturday. I turn 17.
Then, Tuesday, I'm going to change my diet to 175g pro, 450g cho, and 50g fat. If I need some extra cals, I'll bump up my fat. |
