What do you do, though, as a locomotive engineer? Do you like your job? Haha, I actually live really close to railroad tracks. I hate that ****.

what do i do, well i drive the train, block road crossings, and make all kinds of really loud noises with my whistle, in general just piss off the community,, and as far as the job, its fine, ya know, at first driving a train was cool, but now its the same sh.it,, different day, ya know..

Yeah I used to work for a railcar repair shop for 5 years. I supervised the second shift, loved trains when I was a kid but it got to be "a job" after a while. lol Now I just work with dogs because I dont like most people except for my fellow dungeon rats. lol jk

yea well when i was a kid my father and my older brother had all this model train set stuff decorated with towns, little cars and with mountains and shiiit, me i had the race car set, i hated trains, .... frickin irony i`m working for the railroad and my bro is a computer stud,,,,

Haha, I can't even imagine that. But I do know what loud is. When I was in a band, our guitarist would put his full stack (two cabs, which is like 5 feet tall, combined) right next to my drum set, facing me. That, plus I hit the drums hard. **** was ridiculous.

Ah, I woke up at 3:00 AM and couldn't get back to sleep, so I thought "you know, I'm going to be lifting in the mornings next week, anyway. Why not just do it?" So I got out of bed at 3:30, ate 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of oats, and a banana (totals like 35g protein, 100g cho), got done eating at 4, worked out at 5, and here I am. Haha, I was just in the zone this morning, so I didn't take it easy like I should have. My calves are still sore from FST-7, so I did some extra sets of SLDL.

5 minutes on treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Squats- 65x12 85x5 (warm-ups) 115x5 135x5 165x5 175x5
SLDL- 135x5 155x5 175x5 195x5 185x5 175x5

All of that in 35 minutes (including treadmill and stuff). Told you I was in the zone. Haha, since I'm "deloading", I lowered my cals a little bit. I'm at 150g protein, 350g cho, and 50g fat. I'll up it once I start training hard again.
AND! My first cheat meal in like a month and a half is on Saturday. I turn 17.
Then, Tuesday, I'm going to change my diet to 175g pro, 450g cho, and 50g fat. If I need some extra cals, I'll bump up my fat.

am i reading your post correctly, you only take in 150g of protein a day?
seems very low, is that correct?????
nice quick workout 35 min, gotta be a record for training,, funny i was up about the same time as you, could`nt sleep either, so i just read for a few hours, probably train legs myself today!

That isss correct. For bulks, people say 1g per pound of bodyweight. And at 143, I'm a little over. But, as I said, I'm going to bump up to 175 next week.
Haha, are we in the same time zone?

It's weird that we were both up, on the Dungeon, and we both hit legs today. Am I your reincarnation?

Haha, that's true.

And I ordered some supplements and received them today. Now I am going to start Chromium Picolinate, ALA, BCAA's, B vitamin complex, and Vasocharge. I'm also taking a multivitamin, fish oil, , whey, and vitamin C. I'm also going to switch my push and pull days, so tomorrow is going to be push. If I'm feeling up to it, I'm going to do a normal workout. If not, it's cool, I'll just do it with half weight. I'm mainly just waking up and lifting so my body switches over.

What did you like about ALA, Mike? Ahhh, Jack3d. I LOVEEEE Jack3d. I wish I could take it all of the time. It just gets me so focused.

As for today's workout, it went well. I definitely like lifting in the morning. I wanted to get it done super quickly, because of school and stuff, so I supersetted a little. But, I got it all done in half an hour...
5 minutes on the treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Incline DB bench-15'sx12 25'sx10 (warm-ups) 30'sx10 35'sx10 37.5'sx10 40'sx10
[UArnold press supersetted with dips][/U]
12.5'sx10 - BWx10
15'sx10 - BWx8
17.5'sx10 - BWx8
I did a set of side laterals with just my left side, to bring it up a little. Thennn I worked my rotator cuffs. Good stuffff.

Man, today kicked my ass. Worked out, went to school, had sex, went to work. I bus tables and host at a small restaurant, but today it was packeddd, and I was constantly moving. My grey shirt ended up getting sweat stains.

I take ALA before workouts, I generally seem to get a better pump when i use it along side of creatine, i believe i read somewhere that it helps shuttle nutrients faster to your muscles, and can increase your muscles' uptake of glycogen which i think is why the pumps are so good using it also

What sucks is that I've used creatine on 5 separate occasions, I've tried monohydrate 3 times, that ethyl ester kind, and kre-alkaline or whatever, too. I think I'm just a non-responder.

Yeah your a non-responder. I get like that sometimes. When I take a break from mono for a while then jump back on it, it seems to work. But only for a month or so.

That's weird. I've never heard of the effects wearing off, just that it's a hit or a miss from the beginning.

Oh for sure. You will build a tolerance quick with that stuff. Haven't used a N.O. in years.. Once I came off it was so hard to train without it. But I noticed I was becoming dependent on it. So ever since then it's been carbs as my main source of energy.
