Now that I know a ton more information about diets, keto would be easy to stick to for now (I actually ran a keto for my very first contest prep for 4 months). But you're right, the hardest part about it is the convenience of carbs. They are everywhere. |
Haha, it's all good, man. We all grow and evolve with bodybuilding. You have to start somewhere to get anywhere, I suppose. That's actually why I didn't post whenever I first joined. I thought people would tell me I'm dumb.
How did you do the final week up to your contest, or even the day of/before? I always hear about carb loading the week before, but I assume you can't do that with keto. So how would you come in looking full, but not get to the point of being flat?
And, Phil, I actually feel better today. My head doesn't hurt all that bad, but the hunger is definitely still there.
