True that. Plus, being so focused you don't really remember doing sets, or going to heavy your vision gets blurry. Nothing beats it. It also looks badass whenever you go to bench and all of the veins in your chest, shoulders, and arms bulge out.

Personally, I fart like right before I squat. It allows me to focus on the exercise, not keeping a fart in/letting it out.

I realized that with BB rows, I don't pull the WHOLE way up. So, I'm going to start doing less weight and get it through my ****ing head to stop and squeeze. I do with every other back exercise...except that. Push presses don't hurt anymore, but I'll take it easy on my shoulder until my upcoming deload is over. My diet has been awesome lately. This is the first time in my life that my boxers, pants, and shirts are feeling tighter. This is also the first time I've been slapping more weight on the bar EVERY time I lift. I'm really happy, so let's keep this **** rolling. HIIT last night and some more today...

Very nice work chris! Them pb's are pouring in for you, keep doin it brotha! You have been making great progress. I need to be as diligent as you are dietwise, lately I have been eating bad. Just not the right stuff, the past week has been rough but I made a promise to myself to do better and I cant let myself down. Right buddy? Haha right!

Mikeeee, if it comes down to not having time for meals, don't be scared to skip a workout. I'll skip a workout before I skip a meal.

Haha, thanks, guys. I owe it all to having better form, spot on diet, tons of sleep, and lifting in a 4-6 rep range. Expect new pics in the next couple of days. I had a "special" girl taking my last pictures, and we no longer hang out. I got my best friend to take my newer ones. He has an awesomeee camera, so, the quality will be a little better on these upcoming ones.

Really well, man. Thanks for asking. My strength has been shooting up, but I'm not sure about size. For a while, I started putting on fat, or I was retaining a **** load of water, so I backed off on my carbs. I'm not sure about mass gains, I guess we'll see in these upcoming pictures. I look in the mirror every day, so I can't really judge.

Oh ya, I forgot to post this morning's workout. I watched a video about squatting pre-workout, so I had squats on my mind. Because of that, I accidentally did them first. Oh well.

For the one arm pulldowns, I was alternating between hands, with no rest at all. It was just to pump up my lats. Crazy pumps today. I start keto on Monday, and I'm pretty excited. I'll type up my diet on Sunday night for you all to see. I have a pretty good idea of what's going down. It's going to be ****ing awesome. I have a feeling I'm going to have to go a little higher than the calories I have written down. Right now I'm getting 2650-2850 cals a day, and not gaining much bodyfat at all. We'll see how it comes together when I start, but if I don't gain much, I'll bump up my cals both during my carb up and during my low carb days. I'm really, really excited. YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN KNOW!

I actually had a workout partner today, it was nice.

Anddd that's a wrap. I'm out of weight to slap onto the dumbbells. I'm getting more for Christmas, and I won't be doing decline DB bench anymore until then. So, it's all good. I had a cheat meal on Thursday, and I'll have another small one tonight at work. I don't normally cheat this much, but keto starts on Monday, and I won't cheat while on that. The most I'll cheat is once a month, on my carb up days. It's my way of getting taste desires out of the way, for now. Plus, the extra calories won't hurt.

You could probably have a cheat meal everyday and you would still be shredded. Congrats on the PB, they always make you comin back for more.

I like and I don't like having a training partner. It always helps for motivation reasons, but I find myself talking way too much inbetween sets. I'm just a chatty cathy
