I realized that with BB rows, I don't pull the WHOLE way up. So, I'm going to start doing less weight and get it through my ****ing head to stop and squeeze. I do with every other back exercise...except that. Push presses don't hurt anymore, but I'll take it easy on my shoulder until my upcoming deload is over. My diet has been awesome lately. This is the first time in my life that my boxers, pants, and shirts are feeling tighter. This is also the first time I've been slapping more weight on the bar EVERY time I lift. I'm really happy, so let's keep this **** rolling. HIIT last night and some more today...
