Front squats (ATG, stance is slightly wider than shoulder-width, pause at the bottom)
45x10
205x2
225x2
245x1
275x1
275x1

275x1 (Although I actually made it, my spotter seemed to have helped me. I asked him afterwards "did you actually help me?", he said "No man, it was all you. I just made you maintain an upright posture"... You see, this is why I never like spotters...)
275x1 (failed)

Snatch grip deads
265x6 or 7 singles (I need some straps/wraps. Which one should I get?)

Great front squats buddy!

I recently starting deads with a snatch grip, it really puts a whole different spin on it. For wraps, I use Harbinger's. They have a little pad on them and are pretty comfortable, but one thing is if you have skinny wrists, the pad will get in the way of being able to fully cinch those things tight against the bar.

Also, come on this is your first post in your log! Goals, aspirations, height, lifting style?

(spotters are a neccessary evil sometimes!)
