NOTES

This was my last workout before Texas. My goals were 5gym sessions, 9 cardio sessions, and at least 20 miles of cardio.

I counted my bag work as 1.5 miles per session, which is soso, not high or low IMO.

I only made 4/5 gym sessions, but am working out twice while in Texas at Gold's since I'm a gold's member and its good at any golds, so thats no biggie. Ill also get plenty of swimming and walking in down there!!!!

PRE-TEXAS NUMBERS:

Miles of Cardio past 6 days: 20.5 miles

Current Weight: 243 (down 31lbs)

8/20 Cardio

walk: x 0.25 mile

RUN: x 0.5 mile

walk: x 0.25 mile

jog: x 0.5 mile

walk: x 0.25 mile

NOTES:
-got back from the airport/vacation around 6pm, went straight out to dinner with gf and her parents....then unpacked...then immediately got back to my cardio
-made it harder since my feet hurt from being used so much last few days, plus having sunburn on my shins, top of feet, quads, stomach chest and sides
real bad.
-came home to find my mom is alot worse....i was very angry when i ran and really pushed the run hard...now im very dizzy...need sugar...blood sugar low methinks...gonna go do that now...

8/22 Cardio

walk: x 3.5 miles

NOTES:
-beautiful night out, good time to clear my mind
-mother is on her last hours...probably will pass today..neede to get out of the house, couldnt sit here nad listen to her moans/labored gasps for breath anymore


-total cardio for August: 33 miles
(not counting the 5 days of walking/swimming in and around Texas)

-mom passed away today, no more suffering
-another beautiful night outside for cardio
-workouts may be sporadic rest of the week due to funeral plans

DB Bench: 35x12, 50x10, 75x8, 85x8

DB Incline: 50x8, 65x8, 65x6

Iso Wide Chest: per side 95x10, 140x10, 110x12

Pec Dec: 120x15, 160x12, STACK(220) x 7, 180x9

NOTES:
-good workout, strong..good pump, chest has def grown lately


Overall Grade: A-

sorry to hear about your mother...

youre dealing this very well with your workouts for what you have just been through... alot of ppl will find this extremely motivational.

thanks bro

guy at the PD yesterday(stopped in to say hi since havent been working) said theres 2 ways to deal with it: cry or get hammered

i told him i dont drink and dont want to start, so I chose to deal with it the third way: dedicate to workouts

grandma(moms mom) is having open heart surgery about now...quadruple bypass

and to top it off, today would've been mom's birthday
