Alright guys this going to be my new log i thought about resurrecting my training log 09 but i considered I'd start a fresh,
This log is going to be very detailed and based heavily on science so ill be justifying everything i do and if anyone wants to join in, have intelligent conversation, correct me, ask questions that would be cool,
I've just started cutting im on day 4 now i still haven't fully decided on a diet yet but I've sort of made on up in my head its going to be a mix of carb cycling and Layne's diet basically what i plan to do is manipulate my body into thinking its in a fed start more often and use this to my advantage to drop fat through HIIT
Im planning on doing 2-3 full body workouts a week and 4-5 cardio sessions a week some of which will be HIIT the other MI-HI cardio
The full body workout will be a mix of rep ranges and will incorporate a lot of the bigger compound movements the goal is not to build muscle only to maintain muscle and bring on maximum hormone response to shed even more fat
Ive come off the end of a pretty successful bulk if i do say so myself i made good muscle gains but i think i may have bulked just a little too long and the body fat got away on me a bit luckily Slin-Sane bought that down a little bit,
I plan to follow this for 4-6 weeks see how i go after that I'm keen to run some Phenadrine and probably Slin-Sane as well then run that for the 5 or so weeks it lasts then get back into bulking again, I've made up a little template for the next 52 weeks really but its subject to change on how i look/feel,
Ill type the template out later my hands are too cold now,
Ive had 6 days off from the gym now going back today for my first full body workout should be interesting,
