hey guys sorry i haven't been mor active on here. just giving a quick update. down to 164lbs. still working out, just a lot has transpired with my friend getting murdered. haven't really had a lot of time to post dealing with everything and helping his family as best i can.

hard spot, sorry again about your lose, sucks. i had a friend years ago who was murder, makes you scratch your head and think how can someone be so f'd in the head to take another life for no reason, and in this case in front of children. hope everyone is making it through.
