Ugh I felt like a weiner today in the gym. A big floppy weiner, that's super limp. I was barely pushing any weight, it was pathetic. My body has gotta get used to the new diet, and it probably didn't help that I got home from work, changed, and went straight to the gym. Oh well, here's my sad sad numbers

Would like to do more for calves, but was rushed for time. Normally I wouldn't be doing arms with this routine but I was a big dummy and didn't do them yesterday. I'm doing cardio tomorrow. I'm going to go and lay my balooga assss on my bed and watch tv.
