hahaha exspensive concept but sounds goods!

Ya I had a Accord I rallyed everywhere, wouldnt die. Then went Toyota which you cant beat either. Now I have a old acura legend. First can was a volkswagon and was a peice. If your going german, find a good mechaina who knows those cars and be ready to pay threw the ass for labor and parts. Have quite a few beamer friends great cars but def not built like a honda.

Hey dude - don't know about Chicago but there are TONS of repos out here. I bought a fancy 03 car at auction for 60% of blue book! Check out the auto autcions in your hood!

And don't do anything sensible like buy a 4 door or a station wagon - very bad for dating....

what year was it? Dusters can be hot! Id blow a guy in a duster lol. Ive seen some sweet duster hotrods. And isnt a Dodge Magnum a stationwagon? Those are fricken sweet!

the two door dusters can be bad*ss, they got the body style of a nova, kinda. dodge magnums are sooo dope! crazy power! chrysler put some sick engines together in the past couple years

Alright guys, back to the gym today. I felt like dog poo poo all week, and it's because I wasn't with my iron!!!!!!!!

I'm going to add one bicep and one tricep movement to my upper body power day, 3x5.

I was also thinking about changing my exercises. Now I know my upper body power days are for pure mass, but should I maybe switch up the BB bench press to some DB? Regardless, I'm going to switch to Incline over flat bench today. Any input would be superb!

Weight is at 201, so I lost about 2 lbs. Kind of expected it, my diet has been shiit. This whole new car thing has really been stressing me out, since I'm super picky. Going to look at some Vdubs and Audi's this week. Hopefully I find something that catches my eye, I'll feel a lot better after that. My buddy bought my car with a blown motor and my winter wheels. We're going to swap the motor and turbo it for a nice turn around. I'm going to sell my 2 other sets of wheels/tires and other miscellaneous engine parts I have laying in my garage. Sad to see the car go, but it's time.

the one thing that pisses me off about my school gym is the dumbbells. they go up to 90 lbs in intervals of 5, but after 90, it goes straight to 105. that's a pretty big jump so I guess I'll be doing 90's on bench if I want to get some good quality reps in. Or maybe i'll just stick to BB until I gain some strength back, then pump out the 105's!!

my legs and back are my strong points, upper body not so much, it sucks if im ever going to compete I have to get my bench up. Ive been meaning to and I know ive even posted articles on it lol but I guess I should read up on increasing bench tricks.

5x5 for sure islander. i did the layne norton thing, as you know, and it definately gave me some more power. just make sure to increase weight after every set. oh, and this was my first time ever doing sldl, so eat it!! lol

Hey Project, why have you stopped the Layne Norton workout? I would like to know because i just started the layne workout. I love it so far and have already seen strength gains in week and a half.
