Jack makes some good course. I used to caddy at a Nicklaus desgined course when I was younger.

And I did say ectomorph for the lose. :(

Felt great to be back in the gym last night. Focused more on my form than weight. I feel that I've been worrying about how much weight I'm doing on power days, and not the quality of reps.

Dude - those are some nice weights - looks like it was a good workout! You def gotta up your caloric intake. Add 1-2 cups of nonfat cottage cheese before bed and an extra pprotein carbo bomb shake in the am. (just leave out the ice cream, bro!)

So I've decided that this routine does wonders. I look like I did on my last cycle and I'm pushing just as much weight if not more. Taking last week off was a great idea. My drive and determination is huge right now

Como estan bitches?!?!?!

I skipped the leg hyptertrophy day on Thursday due to my legs still being super sore from punishment on Monday. It's weird, I'm usually never sore for that long, but sometimes you just gotta listen to your body. Legs are getting pure pwnage today I promise.

Last night's workout was great. Weight is up to 203. I was a little dissappointed with my bench, but still good number regardless. I decided to add in 5x5 of the pec deck at the end of the workout, and it was for sure a great burn. Almost maxed out the machine too!!!

this is exactly what i want to do Layne's routine glad to see its working for you. but I'm waiting till i start bulking again.but i might do it differently i would start on
Monday
Tuesday
wednesday off
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday off
do you think this way would work just fine cause i don't really wanna go to the gym on Sunday i can get away with Saturday my girl will start bitching.lol

Absolutely I don't see why not. Be creative with the routine and change things aroun and add other lifts to make it fit more your style. Remember that it's just a template. So far I love this routine

This is a power squat machine. You can also do hack squats on it. The way that I was doing it, my face was facing the machine, as opposed to facing away while doing hack squats. And yes that was 4 plates on each side, gotta bust those legs, they're my weakest point by far!

i was watching Layne's unleashed last night making up my routine and i noticed on upper power he does 2-3 sets of 5 reps for biceps and triceps you might want to incorporate that into your workouts.
lift are looking impressive good work project.

Thanks Perk. I'm trying harder so you don't embarass me with your brolicness lol. I'm still eating heeps, but I'm not used to having this extra bit of fat (if I can call that) on my stomach. Makes me feel uncomfortable at times almost. Oh well, I'll get used to it, hopefully.

This was a killer workout. My back was so pumped yesterday. I had a great mind to muscle concentration throughout the entire routine.

So I went to a friend's house last night. He's my old supervisor over at the golf course, so he's older, but a cool guy nonetheless. Well him and his girlfriend kept telling me about this girl I have to meet. They kept talking about how gorgeous she was, how she's training for an ironman competition, and much more. So I pull up to his house, and everyone's outside playin bags and what not, and holy cow, they weren't kidding. This girl was drop dead gorgeous!! I could talk about her a lot, but there's one thing that really stuck out that made me drool lol. We were talking about working out and what not, and she asked if I'm training for anything. So I told her I wanna do my first bodybuilding competition in march. Her face lights up and she says, "Can I rub the pro tan all over your body?!" I nearly skipped a heartbeat. Once I caught my breath, I realized that that's the coolest thing I've ever seen a girl get so excited about haha. Call me crazy, but it was awesome.

So unfortunately I will be taking this week off. My motor blew on my way home from work yesterday, right when I got on the highway, 40 miles from home. There's a two inch hole in my block right on cylinder 4, and my rod is hanging out of it lol. Luckily I work for Penske Truck Leasing, so I walked an hour (good cardio) back to my office and grapped a truck with a car carrier, and pulled my broken little car home. My uncle was nice enough to lend me one of his cars until I get a new one, so this whole entire week all free time will be spent on car shopping. I've had this car since I've been 15, and it's been through multiple motors, but I'm getting older now and just need a more professional car, and something that is more reliable. :(

and ****y news about your car. looks kinda cool when they push a rod tho eh? usually looks cooler when its someone elses car tho. You had since you were 15!? What kinda car was it? Sounds like a good car if the tranny has hung in there thew mutilple motors. What the heck are you doing to those poor ol motors anyway lol? Soo what kind of car are you thinking of getting. All this **** going down used cars have come waaay down in price.

It was a 92 civic hatch. Still got the original tranny, just been through a couple motors lol. All put in by me btw. The last motor I bent a rod almost 90* and took about an inch of both sides of cylinder #3 because of all the knocking. I'll try and find pictures, it's pretty awesome.

I'm thinkin about going german. Probably a 2001ish Audi A4 or a 2002ish VW 1.8t. I wanted to get a big f150, but with my measly internship income, I can't be paying that much to fill up my tank lol
