Yeah. I know metrex makes that collossal 100 bar with about 400 calories and 32 grams of protein, with 42 grams carbs. Lots of sugar in all those bars though...

Ya lots of sugar is no good. I got sick of powerbars but there is only really like 2 or 3 that are any good. Calorie wise for a snack I mean. I dont have any and I cant remember the name of the one I usually get. I think it was one that Costco carrys.

The 12 hour thing is for your cholesterol. Usually they don't do it at the doc's office but the doc give you a for that u take to a lab where they suk your blood out! you might want to check that. it's not hard to fast for 12 hours if you go for the blood sukking at 8 am! (Yes I am a medical doctor - that's why I know all the technical terms like blood sukking...)
It goes w/o saying unless your doc is a total bone head but there is free test and total test - 2 values you need- i think free test is the one you are concerned with.

This is my 2000th post. Yay!

I bought some protein bar at my gym. Has 3 grams of sugar, 280 calories, 29 grams of protein, and I think 34 grams of carbs. Haven't tried it yet, it's for tomorrow when I caddy

So I'm pretty sure this was my best leg workout yet. I've never had such bad cotton mouth before, and in between sets walking or standing was a task itself. I swithed from hammer strenght extensions and leg curls to machine ones for both, and that made a huge difference. I also noticed I took too much of a rest inbetween reps on hack squats, so I just kept pumpin 'em, it was awesome!!

Little update. Went to the doctor today.

Blood pressure was 130/70, weight was 199 after 12 hours of fasting. Doctor told me usually he tells people they are overweight because of my BMI being so high, but not for me!! lol. Had 8 whole wheat pancakes after I got back from the doctor, food has never tasted so good lol. Blood work should be back in the next couple of days. I'll post it here. Workout later to come

Forgot to mention that the doc had to put the big cuff on in order to check my blood pressure. That made me feel good lol

So weight is already back up to 201. Spent sometime talking to this guy at my gym that knows all the bodybuilders that lift there. One of them was his roommate in college. They all have their pro cards, but all I know is first names, no last names. Maybe I can get the hook up on some clomid and nolva for my next cycle so I don't need to worry about ordering it. Guy seems sweet as hell so I'll ask him after a couple more times of chatting. That's definateky not a question to ask out of the blue lol

A few weeks ago I went to get my BP at the automated machine at the drug store and it was so snug it registered "machine error"! hahahaha - guess i gotta buy my own & do it at home.

Hey guys, got my bloodwork done last week and finally got the results. For those that didn't read my logs, I ran Spawn back in December, and APS Ultra Mass Stack in April. It's been almost 2 months since PCT, which was Liquid clomid, 50/50/20/20. I'll post mine first, then the reference range next to it. Here we go

So as you can see, my bilirubin and ALP were elevated. My doctor told me to stop taking protein powders, as that's probably the cause, and he wants to get an ultra sound. I would not tell him that I was on any kind of PH for fear of my mom finding out.

Does my total test look kind of low for being 21 years old?

hey man;
looks like you came out pretty well with a couple of exceptions. I thnk you should post this as a new thread and see what other people know. Seems like the 2 elevated items are related to the liver so maybe you want to consider taking some liver support such as Himilaya Liv 5.2 and/or Milk Thistle. BTW get the capsules not the liquid. the liquid tastes nasty. About the test - seems like you are at the low end of normal. Did you ever have your test run before as a baseline? I was at the low end of normal for my age - which suks, cause at my age that number is tiny - LOL. i'll check it when i get home. If it is low - i'd suggest taking Tribulus or some other natty test booster - or watch lots of porno - that seems to do it for me....LOL - J/K Keep up the big workouts, bro - don't let that get you down.

you might want to fess up about the PH's - after all they are legal - I'm not sure your doc can legally talk to your mom at age 21 - unless he's a family friend. you might ask that too.

NAC is a free form amino acid, and gives antioxidant effects and helps to boost the immune system. It also supports the liver by acting as glutathione precursor.

I was very unmotivated earlier this week, and Monday I went and played golf at Whistling Straits, so I was gone all day. The NAC is really making my appetite go through the roof, it's really wild. It's definately getting me more motivated to stay on diet and get back into the gym, since I've been having kind of like a cheat week. I know I know, I'm such an awful person lol. So I decided to take this week off and just eat a **** ton, then get back into the gym Sunday night, hopefully pick up some chicks, and get a back massage or something.

Also, I was thinking about just going on an all out dirty bulk. My reasoning behind this is because my metabolism resembles that of a prepubescent boy, ages 8-12. I know it's going to catch up to me eventually, so why not take advantage of it now?
