Oh man absolutely. I feel like my arms are going to explode. I obviously can't/don't do as much weight if I just did arms alone, but I love the feeling.

Yeah I hear ya. I decided to go with 12 weeks since my metabolism is pretty much a bunny rabbit on crack. And I also don't wanna be starting my diet before finals. So 12 weeks has me starting right after finals week, which works out great because I'll have a whole month to train and diet, away from the distractions of school. I'll also be going to Denver to visit my brother who tore his ACL and is having surgery done, but I already have a gym pass and I told him we'll need to make multiple trips to costco lol. Thanks for the advice though, hopefully this will workout!

Thanks for the reminder guys lol. Just cooked me 2 lbs of ground turkey. Should hold me over for a day or two.

I'm having a hard time with squats again, i don't know why. It's just hard for me to get comfortable with the movement, and the weights. It's almost as if my form is different every week. I did squats last night with my heels on some 5 lbers. Don't know if this helped or hurt me, oh well. If you guys have any suggestions I'm willing to try 'em out. I know I can squat more than the numbers i'm currently putting up.

But they felt soo good though. I used to love doing them with DB's, but not I hate doing them with DBs, and prefer BBs. Its really weird lol

Speaking of weird, I'm breaking out like mad on my rear delts and the back of my triceps, I have no idea why. I'm not even on anything either!! My roommates keep telling me to quit taking steroids.

Took some pictures today. Realized I need to work on my posing, it's quite easy when you're doing it in the mirror because you can adjust yourself, as opposed to just looking at the camera lol. Don't mind the awkward faces, and the awkward angles, I need to find a better place to do this to get some full body shots. And the leg shot is horrible. here we go.

you have a great upper back/delt proportion, nice peak on the biceps, and your chest looks like it has some nice size, but its hard to tell with your arms in the double bicep post since it flattens out the chest,
only thing i see is quads, your close to how mine look, i think our body structure is pretty close, oh and your calfs your not showing any pics of so cant say much on those,,,

Like Mike said, the only thing I would bring up would be your quads. You look brolic as hell, though, man!

On a side note, if I were you, I would put it in this order...
Front squats, SLDL, hack squat, leg curls, then calves. Leg extensions are really hard on your knees, plus, front squats annihilate your quads, in the best way.
Don't get me wrong, if it's working, keep on doing it, but I'm all about putting the compounds in first.

Hey thanks Chris.

I always try and do front squats first, but Friday nights seem to be the night to crowd around the squat racks and do curls, shrugs, deads, squats, **** pushups, etc. I only had an hour as well since I worked all day, so I did everything else first. But to be honest, I kind of liked doing front squats last, gives a killer burn.

Believe it or not, my quads have actually come along way. I appreciate the comments.

Project just wanted to compliment you on your military press. You have a strong ass military press, and your looking beast. Keep up the good work. If i had to critique anything i would say you need to bring up your legs a little.

Thanks Jake. I give credit to Layne's power routine. That really boosted it up. What's weird for me is that strength from DB military and BB military don't directly correlate with each other. Before I started doing Layne's routine, I was able to press 85 and 90 lb dbs for solid reps. With Layne's routine I did 8 weeks of 5x5 on BB military press, and now after that I struggle with the DB movements, even though I was still doing the DB presses on the hypertrophy day. I seem to be able to better isolate my front delts with the BB though, so I think I'll just stick with that. Sorry for the word vomit

No that's fine. I only have myself to blame for neglecting to train my legs when I got into working out. I can proudly say that the Dungeon helped me overcome my fears of doing squats and leg press, and I have gotten much better gains overall from this for obvious reasons.

The more people that tell me my legs are weaksauce, the more motivation I get in the gym to push for those extra couple of reps and extra 10 lbs. Thanks for stoppin by Jake.

Hey man try "Hibiclens" with a long handle soft bristle back scrub brush 2 times a day. BTW - I bet your are breaking out because your natty test is maxing out with all the heavy lifting you are doing... a good thing!

Pics look great - very thick my man - great size on the upper body & looks like you have kept the BF relatively low on this bulk. Arms and delts are looking massive - be great to see those after you cut! legs look great too - nice thickness. I'm going against the grain here and will suggest that you start off a few weeks of legs with heavy ass leg extensions. Wrap your knees or wear a knee brace, but IMO those will really bring out the tear drop!

Man I had the exact same thing! they wouldn't pop - just became hard. Some ended up being scars because I was too agressive. i got a script for erythromycin gel - it's topical and just goes on the area affected. That seemed to help a lot too. You just have too much test bro! hahahahha
