Had my leg hypertrophy day. To be honest, I was so focused on just hitting my legs and feeling them work through each exercise that I didn't even count reps, I would just go until they started to burn, a lot lol. I do remember the weights however.
Oh and I also supersetted a different calf exercise with each leg exercise, felt great. My new favorite exercise is front squats btw, so thanks to thomas I tried them out today for the first time. Pretty easy to get the form down once you know how to do a proper back squat.
