looking good project blasting away.
i know the feeling about the cycle just got my pct package in today and i cant wait im staring to load hawthorn berry and liver supp. tomorrow cant wait

in the leg press is that 10 plates in each side

haha i wish dude, it's a total of 10 plates. i can't wait till december for my cycle!

thomas, I was actually thinking about adding front squats to my routine. my main issue isn't them being stubborn, but it's having them catch up to everything else since I neglected legs. I've been training legs hardcore for the past couple of weeks and I've definately made some improvement. What else would you suggest? Thanks for stopping by.

Yeah I included the carriage it sits on too which is usually around 80lbs.

So I was thinking about this the other day when I was at the gym. Has anyone tried doing deadlifts with an EZ curl bar? Reason I'm asking is because it seems like maybe you would be able to get a better grip with it, and easier to stabalize since it isn't as long as a BB, which could possibly give better isolation. Did that even make sense lol.

I really wish my gym had one of those bar things that you step into and the handles are on the side, kind of like a mini-cage for doin deadlifts.

I would definately recommend taking some form of creatine, and also upping your calories a little bit.

I had it before I even started my cycle. I'm pretty bad about taking creatine. I need to get more strict on it.

Had my leg hypertrophy day. To be honest, I was so focused on just hitting my legs and feeling them work through each exercise that I didn't even count reps, I would just go until they started to burn, a lot lol. I do remember the weights however.

Oh and I also supersetted a different calf exercise with each leg exercise, felt great. My new favorite exercise is front squats btw, so thanks to thomas I tried them out today for the first time. Pretty easy to get the form down once you know how to do a proper back squat.

Glad you like them. I pretty much just stick to squats for my legs, my legs grow without much work however. I love how front squats feel.

Hey dude; not to hijack the thread but depending on what you are running, I think PCT would be in order - You got that lined up? Also IMO the creatine works better if you cycle it - take it religiously for a few months, then take a few months off.

Im going to do the front squats next leg day but I dont know how much I should start with. I can do 385x8. Do you think 200 would be too much to put on the bar? Ive never tried them before and Im not trying to kill myself. lol Whats your max on back squats? Dont mean to hijack your log buddy, I just like your expert opinions. lol

You should have realized by now that I don't care about my threads being hijacked, I prefer them lol.

I've never maxed out before on squats. I just started doing them in May so I've been working on my form. I repped 275 fro 6 reps, which was pretty good for me.

Personally I would start light with the front squats and work up. No point in loading weight on there if you've never done the exercise before

So I realized I was worrying too much about how much weight I was pushin, and not about the quailty of my reps. Not that I was doing bad form, but I just felt that I could get more out of them if that makes sense. So....I swallowed my pride and dropped the weight, and focused on reps. Nice workout bro! I like what you did with focusing on quality reps. I know what you mean, I keep good form at my heaviest weights but I feel like I can "focus" more on my reps instead of feeling like if I dont push it im going to die. lol I like to go lighter every once in a while too
