Both machines were filled up? That's unheard of in a gym. Unless they were doing barbell shrugs or something.

here's my new workout schedule

Chest shoulders traps
back biceps abs
legs calves (heavy)
shoulder traps triceps abs
legs calves (hypertrophy)

Hopefully it won't be too much. I need to bring up my shoulders and my legs a little bit.

Legs 2 x a week looks good - So for hypertrophy you will do higher reps and more sets? And what is a power squat? how is that diff from a regular squat?

haha no it happened back in the 8th grade. I was climbing down into a foundation of a house on the ree bars, and slipped, and the bar went straight into my arm. Clean cut all the way down to the bone. It keeps getting bigger though lol

Workout was great but the diet sucked balls. I was in class from 3:30 to 9:00 pm. I packed a couple of quick snacks here but didn't have near enough time for a full meal. We had a guest speaker so that's why.

Didn't get my whole workout in. Had to weight for two dummies to get done doing awful squats so I could do rack deadlifts. I hate when a person knows you're waiting for the equipment that they're using, but they still move like a dead person.

By far the best leg workout I've ever had. I was just in the zone the entire time, and I loved the pain. I started doing squats this year so I'm still perfecting my form, and I feel that I've finally gotten it. I hit a PR today, might not be that impressive but it was for me.

forgot to mention I was talking with the guy that won Greek Physique a few years ago, which is the school bodybuilding competition that I want to compete in. He said it's very heavily biased, since it's put on by one of the frats here at school. to be that's ok, since I'm just doing it for myself, and to see how I can handle everything that goes along with the contest.

he said that he dieted for only 8 weeks, but this guy is a genetic freak. He came in at 175, which is the heavyweights. I told him I weigh 215, and plan on coming in around 180. He recommended that I try to come in on the light heavy-weights, but I didn't mention to him that I'd be doing an 8 week cycle tehehehe.

I still plan on doing a cut for 12 weeks, so be on cycle for the first 8 weeks. I'm very excited about this and just thinking about it motivates the fawk out of me.

I'm thinking about posting some pictures from the contest last year. would you guys be interested in looking at them?
