Your curling 150 on the EZ curl bar? That's a lot of weight dude! Do you like the spider curls, I've never tried them but I'd like to, to switch it up.

oh hell yea mike, those spider curls are awesome, totally kills the bicep, highly recommend you give it a go.. my max on the ez curl bar is 170 but thats then i`m a bit heavier in bf,, lol

Wait are you saying you curl that now that you have a higher bf or before? Your curl max is my bench press 15RM damn dude. I don't know how many reps I can do with 170 but still that's a big weight.

I'll gie the spider curls a go in my next arm work out. Were your biceps sore after the first tiem you did them?

i have a lower bf level right now so my weights are a bit lower in my lifts, plus the supersets take a toll on my strength, also keep in mind the 170 lbs on the ez curl bar are done on the machine weights that use a pulley system so while the stack of steel weights are actually 170 lbs i would say that the pulleys make a difference there also, like when i do dumbbell curls i can curl 60 lb dumbbells for 6-8 reps so combined its like 120 , i would say if i did a free weight curl with a bar it would be closer to 140-150lbs, just a guess but either way its heavy as a mofo machine or not.. lol...
and yes my biceps were sore in places that are not normally sore after doing the spider curls, but now i have become somewhat adapted to the movement and i dont get sore any more, just one awesome pump!

Oh I see I thought it was free weights. Yeah the supersets do take a toll of your strength pretty fast. Sounds like you're doing great with the weights. Definitely looking big in the avatar. I'll be doing those spider curls on Tuesday for my next bicep day.

From what I've read tribulus increases LH too, which sounds like the product mentioned above. I hope it's not a tribulus product cuz I wouldn't want to steal anyone's sales. But A-ron posted here:http://www.bodybuildingdungeon.com/f...-boosters.html about why tribulus doesn't work.

But the just of the story was that improving LH doesn't lead to improved test for longer than a day or so. The products to sound interesting though, if Mike tries them I'd be interested in the results.

Mike I did the same exact chest excersize you did, only I had to include flat flyes and incline flyes supersetted.. along with the presses...LOL I used the 70, cus we don't have the 75's and used the 30, tried the 50's but couldn't get all the reps required.. you know how dan is a stickler....Unfortunately I did a different tri's routine...

i have been using it for the last 8 months, every day 2x`s a day, and i can honestly say it does not suck water from under your skin,, sounds like bullshiat to me, something sucks and it aint the waxy maize,,,, hey maybe i should be applying it to my di.... oh never mind... lol

sorry for the lack of updates guys, going to be taking the next 2 weeks off for a break, i got some new supplements coming and i`m needing a break from the last 2 months of diet and training, plus i`m really busy with my job right now. , so probably the end of next week i`ll be back up and running this log, with my new supplements and agenda.. thanks but dont forget to come back and visit when i get rolling again my friends.
