well turns out i wont be going to work until about 10:00 tonight, so i am doing this killer back workout and
1 hour of cardio, since i will be gone until sat. morning ,,
dont know exactly why but when i do cardio i always feel so much better the next day, its almost like i feel leaner, realistically speaking its not possible to notice a change in one day, however its what i notice,, odd as it may be..
plus is it just me... but is cardio not one of the most boring things ever,, the first 25 min. my mind is just wondering around thinking of this and that, not until the last 10 min. do i actually get into the rest of the cardio. lol... must be the A.D.D kicking in..... actually get some good thinking in while i`m just ellipticalling away... is that even a word.. ellipticalling??

190lbs is as high as my machine goes... which is fine for 10 reps... already feeling brunt in my upper lats and shoulders are screaming....

3 super sets done back to back no rest..... used a 50lb dumbbell for this...
holy crap... ok started out strong,, 12 on each side, then jumped over and started again, got 12 each side, but hot damn this last set was the shiat
got 9 reps on each side, but the dumbbell felt like a 90 lber.. really pumped having a hard time typing,, you have no idea how many times i just back spaced to fix a type error.. lol... ok moving on...
