if you really neeed to drop some bf I would totally suggest ckd its pretty amazing and so easy to follow. Im having a few issues with the carb up day but I have never been able to follow a diet and this one is great.

I get it from my mom and my grandma there are both well rounded women. They are from the prairies and even farm girls had to bust there ass.

yea the ckd diet is a real good bf burning diet, i have used it in the past, only problem i have is when i finished with the diet i was like carb crazy, lol...
ahh the women of the prairie , now talk about a women who knows what work is all about!!

ok gang, here i am in all my fatness,, really let myself go the last couple of days on the diet, personal issues and stuff, my son is going over to iraq and it was the last visit over the weekend that i was going to see him in the next 6 months, anyway holding a bit of water,, yea thats it water,, from my intake of excess carbs ,, anyway have added some size i believe, however my calfs and quads shrunk big time in bf, which makes them look really small..;( .... but it is what it is,, still getting nice veins popping in the bicep, not sure if ya can tell or not...
not really sure why i posted these today?? look like a big fattie fat zoid lol...

huge as in lots of definition showing. mighty big changes for the good. we could stand to bring up your rear delts a bit. otherwise you're about 4-5 weeks from standing on stage.....hehehe

haha,, more like about 4-5 years,, if my quads would respond maybe, and only maybe,, ya know when i look at the legs in the mirror i can see definition, but the pics all looked like crap, those were the best of the crappy pics i snapped today..

well thank you my dear but no those little guys are all natural... seems every part of my body grows except my quads... oh well been training them for ever and this is all i have to show,, my calfs have always been like my biceps, all my good genetics went into those 2 bodyparts, lol...

if i remind you of your dad thats gotta be a good thing, glad i left the pics of my rear end out of the line up.. lol...

a back workout:

wide grip pull downs
reverse grip pull downs with stiff arm pull downs
bent over rows (load up the ez curl bar, use under hand grip)
1 arm db bent over rows (go from left side to right to left to right side without stopping for abreak until all 3 sets are done)
db shrugs with pulldowns at 45 deg angle.

preacher curl with hammer curls
spider curls

abs
cardio

hey gang,,
well turns out i wont be going to work until about 10:00 tonight, so i am doing this killer back workout and 1 hour of cardio, since i will be gone until sat. morning ,,

dont know exactly why but when i do cardio i always feel so much better the next day, its almost like i feel leaner, realistically speaking its not possible to notice a change in one day, however its what i notice,, odd as it may be..
plus is it just me... but is cardio not one of the most boring things ever,, the first 25 min. my mind is just wondering around thinking of this and that, not until the last 10 min. do i actually get into the rest of the cardio. lol... must be the A.D.D kicking in..... actually get some good thinking in while i`m just ellipticalling away... is that even a word.. ellipticalling??

ok so just got back from work , its 3 in the morning, going to bed, today will be leg day, and my 1 hour cardio, might shoot for 1 1/2 hours of cardio, all depends on when i head back off to work..
