hahaa, i have no patience for putting any damn ship together in a bottle, unless i drank the booze first then would probably just throw all the pieces into the empty bottle and shake it up,, hurricane!!!! lol..
ok so decided on training chest today,, first time bench pressing with straight bar in about 7 years, so not expecting to much, my max was only 305lb before i left the gym so not really my strong point, but it should feel a bit differently then dumbbells......
oh and i have this damn CCR tune stuck in my head all damn day long ya know the who`ll stop the rain,, la la laaa ... here maybe i can pass it off to you guys........

Hey phil you asked about my chest measurements awhile ago, finally measured it today, came in right at 47",,
