decided on bis and tris, its been about 7 days since i last worked out, due to the flu last week and then work the last 4 days, yea this is going just great,,

1 packet crystal light,,
these workouts are what i started this thread with, so i`m going back to those on my cut,
3 sets of 8-10 reps each...
no rest on supersets and minimal rest between sets>1min., this causes a total breakdown from set to set, i`m guessing i will loose strength as i go along,
they worked great before ......sooooo onward we go....

ok so the measuring tape says 18 1/4 " arms pumped, so no change, this is the highest ever on biceps,, something to remember for next go around on the bulk....
totally and utterly pumped and have nothing left, flexing for these pics was painful... lol,, i`m so damn PUMPED!!
so anyways here i am as of today, pumped and fat.. lol..
