Yeah bud I know what you mean about the sucky work schedule. I hate never knowing when I will get called in. Sometimes they call in the middle of a workout and if they describe something thats not as serious as they say it is I will finish my workout. A dog with kennel cough is an emergency to some of them. lol I know better though. It totally sucks. Atleast we can keep our diet together for the most part though. Thats very important buddy

mike, i know you mentioned you get panic attacks in big crowds of people, but i think it would be cool if you tried for a show. you definately have the drive and determination for it. it's not like anything else would have to change right?

yea except for me its a call that i have to take, which was one of the reasons i set up my own home gym, the drive to my local gym was 20 min. away, then i would start my workout and get called, i only get a 1hr and 15min. call before i have to be at the train station, generally i was right in the middle of a workout and had to rush home and get my away from home bag and head out, 18 more years to go and i can retire!!!

no nothing else would have to change, but and thats a BIG BUTT, working for the railroad is very time consuming, and since i am home about 16-20hrs before i go back to work and then am gone for another 30 hours before i get home its very hard to put in the time needed for a competition

well believe it or not, i`m actually going to be able to train today,,

decided on bis and tris, its been about 7 days since i last worked out, due to the flu last week and then work the last 4 days, yea this is going just great,,

anyways,
pre-workout drink
2 phenadrine pills
5g creatine
5g BCAA`s
35g waxy maize
1 packet crystal light,,

these workouts are what i started this thread with, so i`m going back to those on my cut,
3 sets of 8-10 reps each...
no rest on supersets and minimal rest between sets>1min., this causes a total breakdown from set to set, i`m guessing i will loose strength as i go along,
they worked great before ......sooooo onward we go....

Straight bar curls super set with hammers

1x 30`s x10>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 25`s x9 ...wow i had to drop down, my arms are so pumped>>>

cable one arm concentration curls
1x 50lb x8.... this was to much had to spot myself on last 3 reps....
1x 35lb x10... still had to spot on last reps, and my left arm is 2 reps weaker than my right,,,,,
1x 35lb x10>> this last set was awesome, but my biceps are shot!!

right now i am pumped at 18", lets see what my triceps pump it to...

ok so the measuring tape says 18 1/4 " arms pumped, so no change, this is the highest ever on biceps,, something to remember for next go around on the bulk....

totally and utterly pumped and have nothing left, flexing for these pics was painful... lol,, i`m so damn PUMPED!!
so anyways here i am as of today, pumped and fat.. lol..

actually with my deadlifting, they have come along real good, those will be the last to grow as always, but my pant legs are nice and tight, and my ham muscles are totally rock hard,,

I just use a number 1 clipper on everything. Gets it super close and it's way faster then the old traditional way.
