actually today was like a spring day, sun was out for awhile, no rain, no snow, got my lawn cut for one last time, changed out the oil in all 3 of my vehicles,, probably the last nice day for me to get outside stuff done,, i`m so whipped,, hey have a great workout bro!

got a 2 stall garage, or double what ever ya want to call it,dont have to worry about plugging in both the wife and daughters cars , one is a durango, daughter has a 2 door grand am,my garage is sheet rocked and insulated which is the best thing i did when i had my house built in 94,, but my poor pickup has to bear the brunt of winter, but yes i do plug in my baby, thank god for auto start!!

so a update, after sleeping on and off for the last 4 days, i finally woke up today not feeling like crap, i tell ya, that sucked big time, i`m thinking of doing a workout today, but undecided as to if i want to recover for a few more days or do a workout, i`ll see how i feel later and go from there, coffee after 4 days off feels goooooood , lol

ok so i finally got around to logging my various lifts from Aug. - Oct.

what i was lifting and what i am now lifting...

start off with dead lifts, i actually started these in sept. so the change is from about 1 1/2 months of work,

regular stance deadlifts... Sept-Oct.
start. 250lbs x 5>>>>>> current. 320lbs x 3

SLDL`s.... Sept-Oct.

start. 150lbsx8........current....235lbs x6

BarBell curls..... aug- oct
start...135lbsx4.......current..160lbsx2

Dumbbell hammers.....aug-oct
start..45`sx8.........current...65`sx5

Dumbbell seated alternating curls.. aug.- oct
start..55`sx5.........current..65`sx5

Flat Bench Dumbbell Presses... aug-oct
start...75`sx8.........current..115`sx4

incline Dumbbell press..aug-oct
start..75`sx8.........current...95`sx5

Seated Dumbbell Military Presses.. aug-oct.
start..75`sx8.........current..90`sx4

Dumbbell shrugs....aug.-oct.
start..85`sx10.......current..125`sx6

BarBell Upright Rows.. aug.-oct.
start..125lbs x8......current..145lbs x4

ok so other than adding close to 1/4 inch to my bicep pumped, mostly everything else has filled out, my shoulders and traps have come along way, as well as my back, i believe when i cut the changes should be dramatic...

also i have no squat to go by since i have to use dumbbells or i do front squats, i will be ordering a set of squat stands shortly, so i can concentrate on going heavy on those as well,,

yea i decided against working out today, after 4 days of sleeping, my nutrition has not been all that great, so i`ll go to work late tonight, and have a couple more days off, then i`ll start up again...not sure how much longer the PB`s are going to keep coming actually, really looking for a bit of change in my workouts.. i`ll think about things while i`m recovering!!
