hey yo all,, so ok going to hit chest and throw in some triceps as well, project if this goes to hell i`m blaming you,, lol...

ok, so i have a couple of packets of sample NO-Explode, so i`m gonna down on of them today, still have my jacked3D but its really doing nothing anymore, placed a large order with orbit today and got some phenadrine coming, going to start cutting down about a bit again,,, me is a bit fatty in the gutty, lol...



flat bench dumbbell presses
2x 60`s x12..wrm ups
1x 100`s x8
1x 100`s x8
1x 110`s x4
1x 110`s x3...well that just sucked!!

Incline Dumbbell presses
1x 85`s x8
1x 95`s x5
1x 95`s x5... i`m fuacking dying here,, one more set and i`ll be shot!
1x 95`s x5... yep thats that!


flat bench flys super set with dumbbell pull overs1x 65 x10

ok. SCREW THAT!! no damn way i`m doing triceps nope , nodda, aint gonna happen, my triceps are utterly wasted right now, not to mention that my shoulders are to the point of numbness, which actually matches how my brain generally feels,,
going to go all out and do 15 min. of cardio.........................egads i want to go back to sleep actually,,,

Lol I could have told you the last part! I hate training tris with chest and bis with back. They are already fatigued from at least 3 or 4 other exercises. I like to either train bis with chest and tris with back or separate day for arms when they are FRESH. You'll get more work output out of them.

yep, never again HP, never again!!! I Frickin knew i would be trashed , i suppose if i was going with higher reps and less weight it would have been alright, but damn pushing heavy just leaves nothing left over..

todays plan is biceps and triceps, took yesterday off, spent pretty much the entire day out shopping and running around, spent a crap load of $$, mostly at wal-mart and sam`s club, ya know, chicken/salmon/talapia fillets, plus the regular crap that seems to just jump into the shopping cart at wally world,,
other than that, i did purchase a couple of 25lb plates to add to my growing collection of iron,,
so i`ll do the workout in a bit, and of course post it for you or ye`all to view, still undecided as to when i will switch up my workout reps and weights, i think my body is starting to feel its time to lighten up on the heavy stuff, but mentally i`m not really ready yet to diet down or change up the routine, anyways, gotta get this coffee and jacked3D in my system and i`ll get off the couch and move some iron,,,
lets see HP did 145lbs x 4 on his last bicep workout,
i think my best max so far was 150lb x 2 done on sept.16th, had to back a few pages and look it up, lol... what i need to do is a evaluation of the last couple of months and see where i was and where i am now, maybe later today i`ll organize my maxes and see how things came along...

very pleased with my bar curl max!! arms are still pumped at 18 1/4, which is up from 18 1/8 a few weeks ago!! could be that today every thing just came together, and i was hydrated enough and had all the right elements for my arms to be so pumped, but hey its the biggest ever, my goals for the end of the year have already been meet and smashed i might add!!

hahaaa, yea yea your right on my a.ss with your biceps, not sure just how much higher i can go, 160 felt like a house, but i do so love looking at that weight and smile!! my max on dumbbell flat bench presses is 115`s x 3 by the way just in case your wondering,,
