George i have tried the following pre-workout supps,
phenadrine>> still my #1 pick for fat burning and workout supps..
NanoVapor>> muscle tech.... tastes like total as.sss but works pretty well,
No Xplode>>BSN about the same as muscle tech plus both give me the runs..
Jacked3d>> so far so good, no stomach issues or runs to the bathroom,, actually tastes good and i like the small serving scoop!!
took 3scoops of jacked3d with
5g of creatine mono
5g BCAA`s
35g of waxy maize
crystal light,
took about 1 hour to feel the effects of the jacked, but now i`m ready to hit my arms ,,
oh i`m going to jam to rob zombie so my last arm workout my max on barbell curls was 155 x3,
so for the next couple of weeks, i`ll focus on working on weight in the 145 lb range,
once i can get 3 solid sets of 5reps on the 145 i`ll re-lift my max and see if i can go beyond 155..

ok i`m done, if anything i got my body temp. up to help fight this infection, sweating a river right now, pretty lame workout and to continue would be a waste of energy and time i`m afraid.. jacked3d seems to be a fine supplement, nothing really over the top from what i feel right now, but it probably has allot to do with how i`m feeling,
i will say it got me off the couch to attempt this workout,, lo.... later my friends, going to have a pro/shake and a shower..
