well fall is tuesday so you should be getting snow soon LOL wont have to worry about mowing in a few weeks. heard the polar bears are heading south for the winter and getting out of there LOL

just a quick update, been away at work, but the time away has been good for recovery, this heavy lifting is starting to make me bones ache, lol...
actually today i felt really pumped up for some reason,
took my daughter in to the doc yesterday, and he was like damn, your arms are bigger than arnolds, and i said yea but he`s like 60 something,lol...
made me laugh anyways,, got a flu shot, and my shoulder is throbbin like a mother today, glad i have tonight off cuz when i get home its bis and tris baby!!

so a bit of a update, came down with a touch of bronchitis yesterday when i got home i slept until this morning, and woke up feeling like total crap, so i slept another 8 hours until just now,

thinking of taking my jacked3d and working out, since i feel better now, but i dont know if i`ll make things worse or not by working out? suggestions? anyone????? i`ll hold off a bit longer and think about my workout, it will be bis and tris that i wanted to train yesterday...

RIght here diggity dog. Hit up the arm workout dude you're fine as long as you can eat still. When I'm sick I don't eat much so I usually can't workout then. Hope you feel better dude, I was wicked pump up today too, maybe it's something astronomical. I doubt it but hey I've heard of full moons making ppl do crazy stuff too.

thanks mike and George , glad to see someone is still following my ancient thread..
George i have tried the following pre-workout supps,
phenadrine>> still my #1 pick for fat burning and workout supps..
NanoVapor>> muscle tech.... tastes like total as.sss but works pretty well,
No Xplode>>BSN about the same as muscle tech plus both give me the runs..
Jacked3d>> so far so good, no stomach issues or runs to the bathroom,, actually tastes good and i like the small serving scoop!!

took 3scoops of jacked3d with
5g of creatine mono
5g BCAA`s
35g of waxy maize
crystal light,


took about 1 hour to feel the effects of the jacked, but now i`m ready to hit my arms ,,

oh i`m going to jam to rob zombie

so my last arm workout my max on barbell curls was 155 x3,
so for the next couple of weeks, i`ll focus on working on weight in the 145 lb range,
once i can get 3 solid sets of 5reps on the 145 i`ll re-lift my max and see if i can go beyond 155..


Standing Barbell curls

1x 75lb x12
1x 105lb x8
1x 135lb x8
1x 145lb x4>> nothing spectacular just not feeling all that strong tonight..
1x 135lb x6


Seated alternating DB hammer curls

i`m really sucking air tonight, i`m going to just go lighter tonight since i`m still fighting off this bronchitis infection.. drains my energy!!

Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls
1x45`s x8

ok i`m done, if anything i got my body temp. up to help fight this infection, sweating a river right now, pretty lame workout and to continue would be a waste of energy and time i`m afraid.. jacked3d seems to be a fine supplement, nothing really over the top from what i feel right now, but it probably has allot to do with how i`m feeling,
i will say it got me off the couch to attempt this workout,, lo.... later my friends, going to have a pro/shake and a shower..

sleep! now! and lots! and some vitC and some peppermint tea if you like it. Glad you got your wo in . Do you workout at a gym or home? Not to bust your balls but **** do I ever hate it when some sick mother****er is coughing and spewing germs all over the gym lol. I bet your throat was burning I hate throat ****. Hope you feel better slugger.

damn girl, say it like it is,, lol... I work out at home, and i agree i hate it when some sick sum biatch is sneezing and coughing all over the place,,been taking my multi and vitC, actually feel much better now, i think the w/o was just what i needed to get the bodys immune system pumped up, even though the w/o sucked a.ss, anyways i cant sleep damn it,,, going to go read some of the new dan brown book, the lost symbol, so far its a good read,,

ohh didnt know he had one. Isnt he in jail? lol I guess theres not much else to do it there might as well write a book. Hes a great read. What do I have here... Ive got Yes Yes Yall the story of hiphop, a 1977 weilder bodybuilding pamphlet thing I bought at a garage sale cause it was so cool and nostalgic and Cleopatra book fiction with some nonfiction type book. But i think I might be able to sleep before 1am today yaa! And I carried a 50 pound box of catlitter tonight from one end of walmart to the other and my back dosnt hurt!! hmm mabey I should ice it just incase. See your not the only babble typer!

was`nt aware he was in jail... in any case his books are a good read,the davinci code and angles and demons were great reads,,

ok i`m done, if anything i got my body temp. up to help fight this infection, sweating a river right now, pretty lame workout and to continue would be a waste of energy and time i`m afraid.. jacked3d seems to be a fine supplement, nothing really over the top from what i feel right now, but it probably has allot to do with how i`m feeling,
i will say it got me off the couch to attempt this workout,, lo.... later my friends, going to have a pro/shake and a shower..
i hate working out when sick, sometimes though you just have to do it. great workout considering you are sick

yea i have used NAC but really did`nt feel it did much, i loaded up on vit.C and use opti-men multi-vitamins, and i actually feel 100% better tonight, so i`ll be back tomorrow or sunday for leg day!! thanks for checkin in, missed your posts bro!!

I know what you mean about being disappointed. Even though I deadlift a lot, if I don't make progress I'm not satisfied. I bet that's how it is with you and the curls to other people it's crazy and we'd love to do it. But to you, you've done it before and it'snot that great anymore cuz you're used to it.

yea mike, i hate having a crappy workout, i should know better than to even bother with a workout when i feel ill, or at least go light and higher reps,, but damn its like ya said, once you hit a target nothing else really feels as good as getting to that target every time you lift, and then pushing into a new target... <<< that almost sounds sexual in nature....

F getting to the same target every time you lift. If I don't add weight every week or at least add a decent amount of reps something's wrong. Ever since I started doing deads the weights have increased 5lbs every consecutive week. Now it I miss a week that's when I'm in trouble.

today is leg day, gotta get this done before i get called out to work,,
feel pretty good today, going to drop the front squats today and do more lunges and also do both forms of deadlifts, SLDL and Regular Deads, also going to start deadlifting with no shoes on, i can focus much better on pressing up with my heels with out shoe`s ,and no straps, gotta increase my forearm strength as well!!
going to try and blow past my max on SLDL of 200 today,,, wish me luck!!

awesome workout!!! those lunges look pretty bad, as in painfull. one thing i like about deads, at least for me, is my abs are usually sore for a few days afterwards, so that way dont have to work abs. of course deads suck and are a killer, but got to do them.

yea i noticed that pretty much my entire body is getting sore in places that i have`nt noticed before, so yea heavy deads are kicking my as.s into new growth, plus i am enjoying the increases in my lifts,, only thing i hate is my glutes ache like a mother for a couple of days, so i need to invest in some rails to hang onto when i sit on the toilet,, hahaaaa, help i fell and cant get up...

really on only 2 scoops? huh,,, tried a lower dosage at first but really didnt give me the blast i was looking for, and 3 scoops after 6 cups of coffee do wonders, lol....

just a quick update,
been sick sick sick for the last 3 days, all i did was sleep and sleep,, was going to go into the clinic today but i woke up feeling like i was never sick,, not sure what i had come down with but i felt like total as.ssss!!
going to workout here in a little bit, finally able to get out of bed,, damn i hate this time of the year, always seems like something is floating around..
