new PB RECORD!!!! that was so heavy i think i`ll stick to that until i can get 5 solid reps, first 2 reps were good, last one was a cheat,,

so the sets are now a PB on hammer curls, last week my last set on hammers was 60lb x 4 reps, so today i shattered last weeks hammers! Dumbbell spider curls super set with incline dumbbell curls this is my last set and i will focus on really squeezing my bicep at the top, my arms are really pumped right now... hehehee,, i love it!!!

holding 1 dumbbell in both hands and sitting on my flat bench, pressing dumbbell behind my neck, going to focus on a really good stretch on the bottom movement

ok so i`m only using those BCAA`s made by BPS, and waxy maize for supplements, i dont even have any whey left, just licked out the last of the container on my last workout,
but something is helping my strength right now,and my endurance is through the frickin roof man!!
I mean I`m not even taking any creatine or prework out stimulant or NO2 products, and my arms are as big as they have ever been, going to measure them in a sec, just needed to jot down my thoughts..
just measured my Bicep, solid 18" they are super pumped but FU..CK YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA,

205lb v-bar pushdowns..

body weight is at 200 so no increase in that, but damn things are good for this OLD MAN!!!!!!
