Ok fella`s, here is back day training,
Starting with deads , These other than SLDL`s are something that I have never Trained, to be honest, i really did`nt like them , not sure how much thicker my back could have been if i had been doing deads over the years, but its water under the bridge, not sure how heavy i can go, i know i SLDL at
150lbs x 5reps, so I really have no IDEA how heavy i can go,, no laughing at my lifts, or at least just giggle,, lol...

ok lets kick this out, today we`ll start with some motley crue`s saints of los angeles then move on to my fav. disturbed down with the sickness, oh yea lets do this..

Deadlifts
1x 130lb x10
1x 170lb x8
1x 210lb x6
1x 240lb x5
1x 250lb x5>> sad to say this is my PB on deadlifts, yea i know its pretty lame but honestly i have NEVER done deads before!! So my goal will be to hit 300lbs x5reps, in 1 month, so by oct. 11th I WILL HIT 300lbs on deads!!


Wide Grip pull downs
1x 120lb x8
1x 150lb x6
1x 170lb x5
1x 170lb x5>> damn my back is so Pumped,,

Seated v-Bar Rows

yeah your deads will climb really quick if you just started doing them. nice back workout too!!!!

thanks chris,, well i dont know about training HARDER but its nice pressing over 100lb dumbbells again, and my deads are coming along real nice, right now i`m concentrating on bulking up a bit so i can move as heavy as i can in weights, got some new goals and thats keeping me motivated right now,, not digging the extra bf but it comes with the territory,, good to hear from you again

I like the back workout bro. Those deads are great for just starting! They are sooo important too. I think a strong lower back is so important for all your other heavy compounds, especially bent over rows and shoulder presses. You are doing great mike, I hope when im 42 im in as good of shape as you. You are a BEAST!! Keep it up brother, you know we are here for support. Thanks for yours too!

so its bis and tris once again my friends, pretty wired right now on coffee,, heheheee,,,
going to be sticking with the same workout for the next month and see if my max weights go up , today my goal is to go over 150lbs on the bar curls, last week it was my PB , so lets see if i can go beyond,

Todays music is supplied by Gun`s and Roses appetite for destruction.. so lets go destruct my arms,, Then moving on to some Rob Zombie painted horses tunes....!!!

Standing Barbell curls
1x 75lb x 8 wrm up set
1x 95lb x 8 wrm up set
1x 130lb x 5
1x 155lb x 3>> well its only 5lbs heavier but it felt about 100lbs heavier,, lol
new PB RECORD!!!! that was so heavy i think i`ll stick to that until i can get 5 solid reps, first 2 reps were good, last one was a cheat,,

1x 135lbs x5
1x 135lbs x5........last rep was a cheat on this set, overall reps and weight has improved by 5lbs and added 135 for my last 2 sets x 5 which is increase of 10lbs since last week....

Seated alternating DB hammer curls
1x60`s x5 >> last week this was my PB, today were using it for all 4 sets!!!
1x60`s x5
1x60`s x5
1x60`s x5>> so the sets are now a PB on hammer curls, last week my last set on hammers was 60lb x 4 reps, so today i shattered last weeks hammers!

Dumbbell spider curls super set with incline dumbbell curls
this is my last set and i will focus on really squeezing my bicep at the top, my arms are really pumped right now... hehehee,, i love it!!!

overhead dumbbell extensions
I dont normally do these, but i`m going to see if can deepen the long head of my tricep.. so the weight may be a bit low we shall see..

ok so i`m only using those BCAA`s made by BPS, and waxy maize for supplements, i dont even have any whey left, just licked out the last of the container on my last workout,
but something is helping my strength right now,and my endurance is through the frickin roof man!!
I mean I`m not even taking any creatine or prework out stimulant or NO2 products, and my arms are as big as they have ever been, going to measure them in a sec, just needed to jot down my thoughts..
just measured my Bicep, solid 18" they are super pumped but FU..CK YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA,

so yea 155lb new PB on Barcurls,
125lb dumbbell dips
205lb v-bar pushdowns..
3 totally awesome numbers , this bulk is kickin AS>SSSSSSS
body weight is at 200 so no increase in that, but damn things are good for this OLD MAN!!!!!!

so i`m sore as a mofo today, everything seems to be screaming to stop and lift no more,,,
I am contemplating on training shoulders today , but my upper left trap has been achey for the last couple of days, ever since deads on leg day, so i dont know yet, felt fine doing bis and tris yesterday, but i think the dips put a bit of stress on the ole trapazoid rex,, lol...
drink my coffee and ascertain the facts,, maybe yes maybe no..

2x90`s x 4 >> NEW PB, up 5lbs from last week!! gwad that was heavy,,, getting the first rep up was the hardest on both sets after that they pressed nice until rep#4 then it was a no fricking way was i pressing another, could`nt even move it off my shoulders!!,,

Dumbbell shrugs

1x115`s x 10>> not sure what my PB is on Dumbbell shrugs I always did bar shrugs, my max on those were 495lbs , which was 5- 45`s on each side, but these are way awkward to do compared with Bar Shrugs if you ask me,,,

thanks mike, my body is starting to feel the effect of the max lifts, next week i`m going to shoot for reps since i found my target max on the lifts,,

tonight is going to be legs, not sure how its going to proceed, i have a raging headache, hopefully here in a bit the coffee will start its miracle and get me motivated enough to get off my arse!!

ok so the headache is gone, time to train legs, feel really stiff today, have`nt been sleeping real well, to much on my mind right now,,

anyways if i can i`ll increase the weights from last week, i`ll just take it one set at a time, really not into this workout today,, but next workout is chest and i dont want to skip legs!!
anyways lets do this,
