ok, so yea this thread is going no where fast, not sure if i`m going to log any more or not, workouts are getting harder and harder to fit in lately and my diet, oh hell its not even much of a diet right now, just a feeding frenzy, lol...
going to train Back today, after my coffee kicks in,, gotta re-structure my thoughts and get my head together, anyway, sorry for the lack of updates,,,,,,,,,,,

Todays Glorious Back routine,,
using 50g of glyco-maize/ 10g of creatine and 5 g of 4-1-1 BCAA`s mixed with crystal light for my workout kocktail, << geeze cant even spell out c o c k without a sensor,, fuack-a-me
Not expecting any large numbers on my lifts, not until i can get a regular schedule going with my training, so none of this>>

ok, so i think that went fairly well, hit it hard enough to feel fatigued, and should be feeling this tomorrow 4sure, ,
i`ll be working about 5 a.m. so no workout tomorrow, should be home monday night, hard to say, so i`ll really try and keep motivated, i feel so much better after i workout i have to kick my self for being so damn unmotivated lately,

damn mike, thanks, nice to read a post that actually had some real heart in it, really appreciate it brotha,, I`m going to just train when ever I am at home, no more slacking, no more excuses, back in the saddle, and yes i feel 100% better during and after my workouts,, so yes my man, i`ll keep my sanity, which is the best thing my workouts really do for me mentally,
that and i gotta keep ahead of you youngsters,, lol..

hello my friends, so i`m sittin in my hotel room, broke down and bought a nice 4 meat pizza with mushroomies,, yummy,, only ate half, but it was soooooooooooooooooo damn tasty,,

should be leaving tomorrow morning around 6-9 a.m. depending on when the train gets here, so i`ll try and not slack off when i get home and do a chest workout, no promises, depends on how long my day is,,

and miker, sorry i missed one of your posts last page about what kind of protein i use,
generally its optimum nutrition gold standard whey, but i needed a change so i have a 5lb tub of LG liptropic whey, but just that and the BCAA`s and creatine mono right now,

so lets see, got home last night about 6 in the evening and saw my water pump on my pick-up was leaking, so off to NAPA to buy a new pump, ended up going back 2 times for the correct replacement, finished up putting everything back together at about midnight, damn i`m so tired of things going to hell, my vehicles will be rebuilt by the end of the year if all this crap keeps up the way its been going,,, not sure if i`ll workout or not, just waking up and am tired and wondering if i have the motivation to train today or not, gotta drink some coffee and see how i feel,,, urgh!!!

That's what I'm talking about! I'll be honest I had no drive today, but I was thinking to myself about how damn good I'm going to feel after I leave this gym knowing I did my best, and I sure as hell did. Lifts are looking good keep at it bro.

Yeah thats what its all about for me. feeling good about what I did each day. After a hard day ar work, I come home and exhaust myself in my garage with my steel. I love the feeling after I get out of the shower and im just laying in bed and all my muscles are burning. I sleep like a big, fat, drunken baby lol. Thats when life is good, even if everything I cant control is out of control.
Keep up the great work mike, your workouts are looking good. Im going to go hit chest and post my last three days because I havent been on for a while

yea, supersets are brutal also if you push yourself and go as heavy as possible, but makes the next exercise a real biatch to go heavy on,

what up yo!! all righty got home about 6 a.m. slept until about 3 this afternoon, took a bit to get moving, but going to train bis today,, this is just going to be biceps today, going to go as heavy as possible on first exercise then as heavy as possible on super sets.
so off we go.....

regular mix during workout,
35g glyco-maize
10g creatine mono
5g BCAA 4-1-1
crystal light...

Standing Barbell curl going to go heavy with these, then super set the remaining exercises..
2x 75lb x 10>> wrm up sets
1x105lb x 8
1x125lb x 6
1x135lb x 4>> PR for the last year!! not overly impressed but its a start...
1x115lb x 7... moving on... have no strength left


seated DB hammer curls super set with DB spider curls

1x45`s x8>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>35`s x8
1x50`s x6>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>30`s x8>> i`m such a wussy...

Congrats on the PR, been trying myself to get up to 135lbs for good reps, nothing like a 45 on each side when doing curls.

what up yo!! all righty got home about 6 a.m. slept until about 3 this afternoon, took a bit to get moving, but going to train bis today,, this is just going to be biceps today, going to go as heavy as possible on first exercise then as heavy as possible on super sets.
so off we go.....

regular mix during workout,
35g glyco-maize
10g creatine mono
5g BCAA 4-1-1
crystal light...

Standing Barbell curl going to go heavy with these, then super set the remaining exercises..
2x 75lb x 10>> wrm up sets
1x105lb x 8
1x125lb x 6
1x135lb x 4>> PR for the last year!! not overly impressed but its a start...
1x115lb x 7... moving on... have no strength left


seated DB hammer curls super set with DB spider curls

1x45`s x8>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>35`s x8
1x50`s x6>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>30`s x8>> i`m such a wussy...
1x50`s x6>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>30`s x8
1x50`s x6>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>30s` x8 last 2 were assisted, damn i`m so pumped, hard to type...

k yep thats it, 13 sets, and i`m toast,, tomorrow should be legs, unless i end up going to work early,, later dudes, off to make chicken stir fry~~

Looks like a good workout mikey, i just started hitting those bb curls again, your new pb is my new goal :P

thanks george!! well now, guess i`ll have to increase my pb a bit higher then, pretty sure i could get it up by the end of the year, something to shoot for anyway..
