ok, so i think that went fairly well, hit it hard enough to feel fatigued, and should be feeling this tomorrow 4sure, ,
i`ll be working about 5 a.m. so no workout tomorrow, should be home monday night, hard to say, so i`ll really try and keep motivated, i feel so much better after i workout i have to kick my self for being so damn unmotivated lately,
