so here we go again, after almost 4 weeks off, which is 2 longer than i intended to take off,, but the finger with stitches set me back a extra week, but the stitches are out and its pretty much healed or at least i hope so, otherwise i`ll open it up lifting today,,
so i`m weighing in at 200 even, put on a bit of bf over that 3 week stint of doing nothing, but my mind is back into training again, going to train bis and tris today, going to use the straight bar standing curls for the first time since i left the gym scene about 8 years ago.... not expecting much for weight since the lay off usually ends up taking about 2 weeks to recover from to get my strength back up , but it will be nice to see where i`m at 2 weeks from now strength wise,, also since i did a mini ummmm bulk.... yea lets call it that, i`ll go back on a cut diet once again, seems like i`m always trying to cut this damn bf off,,,,,,
was`nt going to log again but its more for my motivation then to bore everyone that happens to stumble onto this thread of mine,
