Okay, well, I've posted alot of shit on this site and I feel it's time to show you young guns how it's done. I am going to reveal my nutrition regime, workout schedule and steroid cycling. And eventually I WILL post pics once I can afford a nice digital camera (I'm jobless, 21 years old and no college education, life's a bitch.) However, I need some advice. I have no problem with posting my workout routine, but my nutrition schedule and steroid cycles are in spreadsheat form. Does anyone know how I can make a link to make it easy for you guyz to read this shit? I am taking this Friday off (7/29/05,) and will begin this on Monday which will be 8/1/2005. And I will post every MON/WED/FRI showing my progress. I change my schedule every 8 weeks so... if everything goes to plan I will make a new thread every 2 months with pics at the end of each thread to show my progress (as soon as I save $$$ for a camera.) I will also be using AAS (anabolic androgenic steroids for you newbies,) on and off every 8 weeks. Now, the routine....

MONDAY: Chest, Triceps, Front Deltoids

Exercise Sets

Incline DBP 3
Incline DB Flyes 2
Triceps Pressdowns 3
Close Grip BB Front Delt Raises 2

WEDNESDAY: Quads, Hams / Glutes, Calves

Exercise Sets

Close Stance Front BB Squats 3
Walking DB Lunges 2
Standing Calf Raises With Toes Together 6

FRIDAY: Lats / Rear Delts, Medial Delts, Traps, Biceps / Brachialis

Exercise Sets

Wide Grip Chin-Ups 3
Seated Cable Rows 2
Partial DB Side Laterals 2
Seated DB Shoulder Press 3
Cable Bar Shrugs Behind Back 3
One Arm Reverse Grip Cable Curls 3

...I will begin posting the weight used (in Lbs.) and amount of reps starting Monday 8/1/2005. I hope you all will enjoy this thread and thanks for reading.

I haven't deadlifted for like a year and I think my max was like almost 400lbs. I really don't do them anymore becasue I don't want to fuck up my spine. And Philosopher your animated gif just fucking rocks. Two more days and I'm gonna start. Have patience my young students. (just kidding.) Does anyone know how to upload a microsoft spread sheat document to this page?

Oh, this volume works great for me and I always actually loose mass if I go overboard. I'm kinda like Dexter Jackson when it comes to training. I don't do much, only three days a week and no more than an hour for each day, no cardio (I'm pretty low with my bodyfat,) lots of sleep and I just watch my diet real closely (it's the most important factor imo.)

To answer your question though about is pressdowns all I do, no I usually switch up my whole routine after 8 weeks (decline bench skull crushers, dumbbell kickbacks, reverse grip cable pulldowns, sometimes close grip bench presses.) Everything remains the same except I use different equipment. I've been growing like crazy ever since I started doing this like 9 months ago. Before that I would go all out with high intensity and it got me nowhere fast.

In theory, I am really doing 9 sets for my triceps becuase I count the bench as three sets and on fridays I do seated shoulder press so I count thoose three sets as well + the 3 sets of pressdowns. Regardless, I guess different things work for different people, but I'm never one to go overboard and overtrain.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that I never do abs or forearms. I did abs for the first nine months of my training and "nothing," but when I started to diet, they came in just fine. So I really don't worry much about my abs or serattus magnus anymore cuz they get hit pretty good with every exercise you do, and they come in real easy when I diet. As for forearms, I get enough with whatever bicep work I do, plus the squats give me a good forearms workout believe it or not. Just what works for me guys.

Thanks bro, I hope alot of people learn something from this. I just want to prove after showing my pics and size and strength gains that high volume is really not necessary. But that's just an opinion and a fact. Anyways, thanks for reading and I'll update you guys on Wednesday which is leg day.
