first time doing low box squats and my numbers suck hopfully they will improve as i do the movment more
im not sure how i like the snatch grip i canonly do themn with a close stance so im not sure of them

workout was getting way to long so i cut out abs ill do them later
its really my first time doing a majority of these exersizes so the workout took much longer then i would have liked. Also the wieghts are pretty low. other then that things went good Overall:A |
