Squat Work 45x10 95x5 135x3 205x1 255x1 275x5 PR +5lbs and+2 reps


my head was in throbing pain before this workout
the effrort i put out on the squats made my head too much so i kinda just laid ont eh ground a little and the pain wouldnt go away so i stoped my workout there with a nice pr
my head feels somewhat better now...

first set of benchs killed me so much as you can see
snatches totally left me dead i was ready to quit but i kept going even though my pullup numbers sucked i still did them

GHR's i didnt do because my knee and i didnt have time
its hard to hold so much wieght for so long in the shrugs i need straps

Well today I had a lacrosse game .It went real well I got my passes down I played really great. The only big mistake I made was missing a slide but it happens to the best of us. I got a couple nice hits against a really good team. They were bigger faster and more physical then any team we’ve played before, and I think that really made my gains show. All my teammates were complementing me on how much better I’ve gotten, and how good I’m playing.
I’m pumped right now and I really think I have a varsity spot

IM SO PISSED I DIDNT GET ONE LAST REP ON SQUAT. i had it but then went to far down hit a sticking point i couldnt get through and just crumbled... but i had it i should have gotten it up

and i hate lunges

hurt my back wrestling going to take off today adn tommrow and hope it feels better for my game on sunday

I hurt the musles in my lower back
any advise on how to make it heal faster would be greatly appricated

Yesterdays practice went good our new coach is loving me :p I did pretty well but re hurt my back with like 5 min. to go in practice which was a huge blower. So im going to calm down till it is fully healed

i am guessing im going to be out around 3 weeks. I hate it but stuff happens :/
