okay well a couple of days ago i decieded today would be my day for a high voulme lowerbody day. Then last night my dad asked if i wanted to go do laps(on the bike) with him and I said yes, so my legs got slammed today

the chain weight was constant throughout the workout. It was about 40 lbs at the top(a little less) (this is my first time with chains)

65# dumbells in each hand, 10 reps each leg for 2 set 1 legged squats are so killer they make me feel like i just ran a marathon PR!!!
