Hey everyone, over the past few months I've spent time training and even more time partying. Those days are behind me, now armed with a few new friends that work out with me, and a new found determination I'm back and stronger than ever.

I've moved into bodybuilding over powerlifting, but still nothing is like the rush I get from deadlifting 350 or having a new shoulder press max. I still powerlift but it's a combination of both. I've recently found a perfect diet balance of all the macro nutrients and am pumped day in and day out for mass gains and great recovery.

With this new log I hope to have even more people coming up to me and accusing me of steroids. It's a wonderful compliment to receive. But still I can't look back and reflect on what I've accomplished, but rather look ahead to the things to come. I'm just months away from a new, stronger, more massive me.

I'll be writing down my new nutrition plans and my new training and training cycling plans tomorrow.

And as always no performance enhancing drugs will be used, just the great teenage testosterone that I possess.

Thank you good night... lol.

Great you have you aboard Moro!

Got some shiitty news, literally. For the pass 5 years or so my family and I have been bathing, drinking and living with contaminated water. We had it tested after my dad had colitis, a disease of the colon. And all the rest of us had debilitating stomach pains/cramps we decided to have the water tested. 19 colonies of bacteria that A LOT. So we chlorinated the well(put bleach down it) thinking we killed all the bacteria we used the sink water to brush our teeth.

Now my 6 year old sister has had stomach pains so bad that she would sit in her room and tell everyone not to talk to her while she tried to fall asleep because it hurt so bad. So we tested the water again, now we have 5 colonies of the same coloform bacteria and the water tested positive for ecolie
(spelling?). Well the only way I can describe the feeling is if something squeezed your intestines with a G.I. Joe Kung Fu grip. Yeah it's literally the worst pain I've ever felt, no exaggeration.

So I've had ecoli or some other form of bacteria eating my intestines alive for 5+ years now. Not only am I worried about the pain but also the possible lifelong damage to my organs!

We are looking into the situation and it all points to when our well pump was fixed by a plumber who didn't use proper methods (I'll detail later) but so if it's definitely that company you can bet we'll take them to court. Obviously we don't wanna sue an innocent company so we'll continue to investigate.

Just a good place to vent I guess, hopefully after this is cleared up I'll stop having the horrific pains and maybe even improve my food uptake and bodybuilding- that'd be great.

Lol hell yeah man! Great to get back to the days of a few months ago, the three Mikes haha. I got my deads up again! 320 3 reps. Should be up to 350 in a month. Muscle memory baby!

I'll put up the full workout tomorrow seeing as it's an off day. But a little about my thinking recently... So I'm going to a psych ward in a straight jacket tomorrow. Lol nah jk but seriously, my grandma was telling me about a hospital about here that pays for your college if you work in a medical field and work for them. So I'm looking into that and being a dietician, I wanna do as much free school as possible 6-8 years or however much I can do. At that point I'd like to become a certified personal trainer, while working part time with the hospital(if it works like that I'm not sure) and after the hospital experience and the personal trainer thing I should have no problem getting hired at a gym.

My dream would be to own a gym and even more of a dream to own a chain haha. Seems far off now but hey if you want it bad enough, work for it and especially with me starting early I hope that's a recipe for success.

Peace guys.

You can buy a little medicine tabs you put in water, they dissolve, to make the water pure. Something to think about...

Hey man - at age 15 that sounds like a great plan....and at age 49...it still sounds good. The great thing is that you have lots of options open to u. Yopu are super smart and motivated with the nutrition and physical development knowledge so I bet you'd do well. In the meantime, get the job & enjoy life to the fullest! And when you get to the gym thing let me know and we can open one out here!

BTW - I just met a guy at boxing class who is in his 20's/30's a chiropractor and a physical fitness trainer. And he can throw a helluva left hook! So there's another option. (Strong mofo too 6'2" 230lbs)

Peace dude!

holy **** mike that freakin sucks and pouring a bottle of bleach down the well will not fix the problem as you know you guys use up the water in the well and new water seeps in then you use the new water that has no bleach in it. Ill talk to my boyfriend tomorrow as that is his job. First thing to start doing is boiling all water used. You are going to need a filtration system on there. A regular plumber is not going to be able to tell you what you need, you need a ground water technician and people that are trained in well water systems. Get quotes from as many companies as possible as I know the wholesale prices on pumps and filters and companies really vary with prices and brands used the mark up can be ridiculous. If you can find out what you have in place I can ask what you need. Ill be checkin the log to love your powerlifting wo's

Thanks Islander! The thing is that we've been having problems with the well for years. We've talked to a lot of plumbers around here and the people that test the water about this. They all tell us to run all the water in the house, pour a set amount of bleach down leave it for a set amount of hours (don't knwo the details) and then run the water till no more bleach comes out. This is supposed to kill the bacteria. I think it worked because we went from having 19 colonies to 5, but also gained ecoli.

So I have no idea what's up with that, was had a pump replaced amount 4 years ago and that's when we're thinking this happened, because like I said above, they didn't use proper bleach after they were done and it was night time for some reason.

My dad wants the water so that we can drink straight out of the tap so we'll be getting a filtration system at some point here. We're replacing a water tank or whatever it is that pressurizes the water to make them come of of the faucet.

Thanks dude, I just decided recently that I wanna make a lot of money... I know everyone does but I'm actually willing and wanting to work for it.

That guy that you met must do pretty good as a chiropractor and physical trainer. I actually went to a speech thing with my school yesterday where a guy trained about being athletic trainers and other jobs similar like physcial trainer, having close to the same schooling.

That kills 5 colonies of coliform bacteria and E coli? I've never heard of that hmmm.

I wonder if the well could be getting infected water from the septic??

Log up a little later.

The bleach thing is called 'shocking' the well. He said if you have something it dosnt usually go away unless there was something in the well. If you had a new pump put in the they could have introduced a new bacteria if they didnt sterilize the new pipe and pump and bits. You have to get your water tested then knowing what you have get the right filtration system, there are lots of different kinds of filters, mechanical filters, chemical, uv filters which are now really popular... If you can find out what excalty you have he can tell you what filtration system would be best. and hell yes the septic system could be infecting your well if your offset is off. The thing N88t is talking about is pills you usually get from hiking stores. he says dont ingest the water. He says Provector is the most popular but its like $2500, Aquacore is $4000 and will remove 99.9% of bacteria. You can have some bacteria its just when the ppm go over the limit that they become harmful.

Well I can tell you we're not spending 4000 dollars on a filter haha. It'd be cheaper just to buy those big jugs of water and just use those. 4000, damn I wonder how close that is to the cost of replacing the whole well.

What do you mean what we have? The bacteria or the well equipment? I only shower with the well water, that's it.

We're having someone come up to look around and give us an estimate on a filtration system. My dad wants to keep the cost under 2000 dollars which is very reasonable to want to do IMO. Not sure if I mentioned but we're adding an addition on the back of my house to make it twice the size it is now... literally. So we're a little limited on money right now. I got woke up at 8:30 by the builders.

Alright boys and girls now for the good stuff. Let's start with 4/6's workout and diet.

Shoulders and biceps

DB shoulder press
40s-10
50s-12
55s-9
60s-8
65s-4,4 PB

Arnold press Deep
30s-10
40s-10

Push press
95-8,7,7 (Used to do 135 for 3)

Barbell curls
80lbs-10
85lbs-6,4
75lbs-7

Preacher DB curls
30s-9,9 8,8 and another set of like 7 reps for each hand.

I love competing with juniors and seniors on the weights I feel I should be the strongest in my school and I'm still not. That's all the drive I need. My goal is to get my DB shoulder presses to 80s soon here. I can do it in a month. When I'm eating and sleeping and lifting right I gain real real quick.

Shiit I really need to start dating my nutrition logs. I'll just give you guys the macros.

3675 calories, 84 grams of fat, 444 grams of carbs, 232 grams of protein.

Personally I don't see a benefit to the extra protein so I might drop that by 50 grams or so. Here's something to think about though, the studies they do that conclude 1 gram/lbs of bw or a little less is sufficient for bodybuilders are on adults with lower testosterone levels than teens in puberty. We know that while taking steroids you need 2 grams per lbs of bw. Well what about the elevated test levels of teens? Maybe I could use a little extra protein.

Thoughts??

Yesterday's workout later.

One more thing I'd like to mention, I usually like horrible DOMS. I was over training (under eating is what I mean by that) well I don't know if it was the not going to failure, doing a little less for shoulder and biceps both or the eating more, but I wasn't sore at all the next day!

Hey dude - lifts look good man - i am liking the db shoulder press - you'll make great gains with weights like that! I also think you should up the food intake another 500+ cals and def get in some more protein. With your metabolism you will def use it up. When you lift heavy like that make sure you get in a good stretch afterwards - check out the extreme stretches from DC training.

Later!

Good call dude! I'm gonna stretch right after I finish drinking my Celltech.... Ah damn, just tried and I don't know any chest stretches. Could some one throw me up a link or something?

100lbs DB presses are right around the corner! Erry week the weights jump up last week I did 80s for 5 now 85s for 5 .

K so let's get caught up here

BACK and rear delts

My favorite-deads
Bar-13
One plate each side-13
Two plates each side-8
295-6
305-5
310-5
315-4
320-3

^ Should be back to 355 in another 3-4 weeks

Chins
10,6,7,5

^ Some damn girl on the middle school track team was messing around with the pull up bar during my sets! I was pissed haha make me wait like 3 minutes between sets

Bent over rows

95-10
100-10
105-9
110-9

^ That really needs to be done before chine- very demanding

Lat pulldown
126-11
136-9
152-6

^ I'm almost stacking the machine, two of those little weights away!

Lower back extensions machine
250-15
274-13
300-9

Great pump, I love this machine, I'll use it all the time, I have a weaker lower back.

Rear delt flies
20s-11
25-6
20-10

I could have kept going man I was in the zone that day. I chased down this 8th grade kid that tells everyone he can kick my ass and out benches me lmao. Scronny little kid too, lies about EVERYTHING, like the literally said that he (let's see if I can remember all this one) tripped on acid, mushies, drank 5 40s and f'd a hooker on top of a building. He then proceeded to tell us he bought a pound (well over a thousand dollars) of bud from a hippy. Kid really pissed me off. But anyway so he flipped me off so I put down my protein shake and started walking towards him. He literally SPRINTS into the middle school out of the high school (they're connected). I couldn't have any less respect for him. Longer story short, he told everyone he could kick my ass, I asked him about it, he denies it up and down, his friends are standing next to him telling me he's full of ****. A week later I here he's doing it again! He damn well better run.

So that pretty much fueled my workout for that day.

Will have today's workout and diet up a little later.

Even though I did 95s for 3 before that pretty much sums up how I feel about that situation.

Honestly mike I wouldn't even both nor worry about that kid, best thing you can do is walk away. It will just create trouble for you in the long wrong. Anyways your workouts look good man keep it up.

^ Yeah I know, that's what everyone says. If you knew the kid you'd understand, he's a ****y mother ****er too. As long as it's outside of school I'm fine, I'll only hit him once- that's all it'll take. I won't break his face or anything, I'll give him one black eye just so everyone'll know I kicked his ass and he was full of **** lol. I think that'd be hilarious and embarrassing as hell for him,

Just what I was thinking haha. I love it.

Chest and Triceps Yesterday I was pretty tired keep in mind so I didn't do much triceps at all.

DB press (Flat)
75-11 (not to failure)
80-7
85-5

DB incline press
65-7

Incline barbell press
130-8
135-5
130-5
Dropset-110-4

One set of tricep pushdowns, whatever.

I hate working out at home. The intensity just isn't there, I can't drop the dumbbells like I like to (only rubber ones though) and I don't have lifting partners. Not to mention my back slides off the bench when I'm benching and we have a Smith machine for chest and dumbbells so I can't really do barbell stuff. Well it's still the best in home workout system I've seen anyone have though so I really can't complain, I just like the gym better.

I'm thinking about hitting arms today, the thing is that I don't have a set schedule, I just workout a lot and do whatever body parts I haven't hit in a few days. Or whatever's not sore. I don't believe this to be the best pattern for growth though. This is because the body must become accustomed to a pattern before the adaptation can occur. If it adapts every week the adaptations won't be as intense and useful IMO.

These are just my thoughs, so the reason for starting this log was to keep myself on the ball and force myself to think about the workout I do, rather then just doing it and never thinking about that workout again. This will lead to the development and fixing of my routine and diet.

So just for the record here's the routine I'm tired to follow

Monday- Delts, Triceps and traps (front and lateral delts)
Tuesday- Back and rear delts
Wednesday- Off
Thursday-Chest and biceps
Friday- Legs
Saturday-Arms
Sunday- Off

I need to start running, So everyone remind me to do some cardio!. I like to seperate it from my workout but there's never time, well I'm of spring break so they'll be time now.

I talk a lot, I'm sure no one read all that lol. Diet up later, peace guys.

Bad idea Mike - you never know what will come of that. it's enought that he just runs away from you - trust me. If you really need to smack the $hit out of something - go to a boxing gym!
