Hey bros, I hadn't worked out for a while, but don't think all I was doing was partying. I worked for 7 hours straight moving wheelbarrows of topsoil from one side of the house to the other spreading it and then I had to run about 10 of those up a hill. I had my leg workout. Then I had to help my dad load up a truck and trailer with logs. I made 100 bucks and a permit out of the deal.
I've continued thinking about my plans for life and I know what I wanna do, and how I'll do it. You're only young once so I'll enjoy it, part of enjoying it is drinking, smoking, ****ing and partying. The other part is being the best that I can be at everything I do. I have high expectations of myself and I expect to do something huge with my life. Be the next great philosopher or some ****. Something.
I like to talk a lot incase you guys didn't notice. I just hit a great shoulders and biceps workout and my new philosophy on life is have fun. Unfortunately I'm a perfectionist so anything less than perfection has me stressing and thinking about making it better, A blessing and a curse. I'm not doing anything unless it's fun or the result will be fun. Lifting's fun and the result's fun. I had to make a fun routine though. So I threw down all my favotire exercises and made a new routine.

I'm lucky because I can trick my mind into doing what I want- I can make my
adrenaline rush just from thinking about it. Every time I pick up 350lbs from the ground I tell myself it's 350lbs and the whole gym's watching, there's no room for failure and that pushes me through it. Deads are the only exercise I physically have to do this for. That's why deads are the most grueling. I do it for squats and bench sometimes too if I need it.
But alright guys I'm gonna go get a flask of brandy and a dimebag or something. Lifting's priority every day just like work is for my friends. I worked out and I ate well, now I'll go smoke out with the homies lol, peace out guys.
