I would never condone such a thing now. I am the shortest guy in my family and I always wonder if thats why. I didnt have any of the research available to me that I have now and my football coach knew we were all doing it but never said a word to us about it because we won games. Its so weird when I think about it now. Everyone knew, people even made jokes about it but never discouraged it. Well, almost never. It wasnt until a friend of mine got popped with needles that it became a big deal.
The important thing is that you know better. You have more test in your body than a older guy on cycle right now so just keep up the good work brother. If you ever do anything you will have the knowledge and years of bodybuilding behind you to make a responsible decision.

That type of thing wouldn't be able to happen anymore because of the education fortunately. I read a book that was similar where a kid used steroids on his high school football team. How were your results on the steroids anyway? Just curious. I have thought about using test boosters that some other people I know used with great results. I decided to wait though. I was just looking for a supp to give me an even better edge hahaa.

Very well actually, I haven't worked out in about 5 days until today. I had more fill of drinking and partying, I got chased down by some guy lol. I was careful and responsible though, didn't drink so much I puked or anything like that. Here's my work out, just a fun one to get back into it, great idea and it worked well. I did what I felt like doing, and now I'm a lot less stressed today. Over the past 3 days I've felt more and more like lifting weights until today I just had to go and do it haha.

One arm hammer curls
35-10,10,10each arm flexing hard feeling the biceps work again
Incline curls
Normally I wouldn't do this much for biceps but they haven't been growing recently and I've dropped volume recently so I figured I'd try higher volume for a while. I know I won't over train because of how much I'm eating, sleeping and my age. Plus I just took a week off, I'm rested and have all the resources I need to make big improvements. I'm looking forward to school so that I can workout there again though. I gotta get my permit in a few days too speaking of school haha.
I'm looking way bigger since I've been eating a lot and not doing anything physical besides riding a bike in the last week. The muscles are full of glycogen and water now and I felt huge after this work out.
