I'll try putting two tables together next time. I'm not gonna workout here today. My dad keeps bitching about how I should be able to just use dumbbells and a Smith machine and I keep telling him that I can't. Then a mentioned a deload week and he'd never heard of it. No one believes that I know what I'm talking about, whatever.
If no one takes me to the gym tomorrow I'll just ride my bike the 20-30 miles. I'm tired of being bored sitting on my ass at home.
Here's the diet so far

Macros: 2920cal, 48g fat, 420g carb, 208g protein
I'm aware that I have too much protein here, I'll taper it off. Need 24 more g fat and 15-250 more g carbs.
I guess I'm gonna ride down the road to my friend's house. I'll bring some food and water, ****ing pissed that I have to miss another day. I'm not deloading, I get enough off days as it is.
