For sure, diet's been huge for me over this summer. I write down what I eat everyday. Macros are close to perfect usually.

I like the new routine, I just miss my usual intensity and moving the same weights. I think I'm gonna get stronger like this though so I'll stiock to it.

6 plates is a .lot dude. Try some knee wraps when going heavy.

Box squats were always my favorite The higher you stop the more strength you have. That's why parallel is good in pwoerlifting.
