The swelling of my kidney area(visible in the tricep shot on the last page) was my kidneys! The creatinine causes bloating extreme stomach discomfort, diarrhea ect. I noticed it was always after the Cell TEch that I noticed these things. Well being the scientist that I am(lol) I did a controlled experiment- simple, don't take Cell Tech tomorrow. Didn't take it today feel a world of difference, my energy, much much less bloating, and really none of the otehr symptoms!

I know why too, the ph of the creatine mono allows it to be readily broken down to creatinine, a toxin. The ph of Kre Alkalyn is 12, so it never gets broken down into creatinine. I can speak for the results myself and I've done research to back it up.

You should all rethink taking creatine the way that you are now.
You tell me this AFTER recommending me 10 to 15 grams a day huh? Are you trying to make me shart my pants all the time or what Dr. Poop?

I just found out myself dude. I couldn't believe it. But that is the standard info on the creatine servings haha.

Thanks dude, but for 16 nah the bench sucks and the squat sucks. I'll be doing a lot in my book, when I hit 225, mostly cuz it's two 45s and no one in school can do that. 250 is better than anyone else did that I've heard of when they were 16, that's my goal by Christmas. 300 this time next year. I'll be doing 350-400 by high school graduation! That's always been my goal and still is.

Your still doing great. At my school they offered a weight training class. (bad ass right?) I was 15 and my max was 95lbs on bench.. now that's bad. I was a tiny teenager obviously. Your lifting a lot for you age, there was only one other 16 year old I knew that could get over two plates at my school. At the rate your going you'll be there in no time.

Alright so we're almost done with the first half of the construction on my house. I don't have anything but a computer in my room and you have no idea how hard it is to type without a desk for me.

Ijust worked out and I'm still pissed off but I know I can't be for cortisol reasons so I'll watch tv or soemthing. I'd usually just come on here, but my wrist is already sore from typing this. The weights are up so I'm happy with that, I need to remember to eat more carbs pre workout because I've been running out of energy mid workout recently.

Military press
Warm up:
50-5
60-5
70-3
W/O
85:3
95-3
110-10

I looked and saw that I did 100 for 11 last week so I said no less than 10 with 110. I gain strength incredibly fast, I know that and I'm pushing myself because of that.

BB curl
80-10,8
75-10,6(no energy)
70-8

Lying tricep extensions
60-15
65:12,10,10,10

I switched up the assistance exercises after analyzing last week's results and exercises.

Overall I'm a little happy with the little progress, it's cool I guess. It's just not the same as pulling 360 every week. I like my old intensity, but I trust this routine and I'll keep at it. I've incorporated HIIT to my routine and I'll be doing that after tomorrow's workout.

I'm eating well and I'll try to actually put it up today,

Yeah kinda hurt my knee as well but it was on the leg press. Got up to 6 plates on each side and got this wicked pain right under my left knee cap on the 8th rep. Gonna take a week off and see how it feels then.

The log is lookin good mike!

Looking good, seems like you are really taking to this new routine!!! Was thinking about doing box squats myself, mainly because in Jan. pulled a groin muscle, going atg on a personal best to make sure I could count it, broke my personal best, but paid the price. I am pretty sure I am going a tad below parralle, but last thing I want to do again is screw myself up and not being able to squat for 6 months again, did not feel like a really right working my legs but not squating.

For sure, diet's been huge for me over this summer. I write down what I eat everyday. Macros are close to perfect usually.

I like the new routine, I just miss my usual intensity and moving the same weights. I think I'm gonna get stronger like this though so I'll stiock to it.

45-5
125-5
155-5
190-3
220-3
250-3
285-10

BB rows
115-10
135-10,9,9,9,7

Chins
10,10,10,4

I should have kept going on the chins till I go to 50 but I was in a hurry. I took some white potatoes on the go in my pocket hahah. Chest day's next Some PBs should be coming up soon.
Thats a nice back workout bro! Is that something similar to what your going to give me? I like it, its pretty close to what I used to do except I just got my pullup bar(wich I love more than all my ex-girlfriends put together! JK) and its going to be a huge help for me. I love chinups! And I would do one-armed dumbell rows every other back day unless I was on something Then I would hit bb and db plus everything else.
Those deads are looking nice brotha! It seems like you got a killer burst of power on that last set!
Two more weeks and Im done with school! Maybe sooner if I can get it all done before then, ill try for sure

It could be something that you do, depends on your goals. Chins are great they really build your lats. The routine i'm doing has me stopping at 3 reps except for the last set, I could have done way more reps on the lighter weights. My max is about 365.

Just got home from the gym and I had another great workout. Now I just need to start talking to some of those girls that watch me bench from the treadmills hahaha.

Bench press
Warm ups then
140-3
160-3
180-9(Not to failure, didn't have a spot, I had one more in me)

DB press
55-12,12,10,8,8(Kept this set real light)

Dips
11,10,9,9,10,9

I ran a quarter mile both before and after. Diet, training and sleeping have all been spot on and I'm finally getting some good results. I know I could put up 225 on the bench.

Haha, good workouts Mike. Make sure you lift for yourself and not for the ladies. Don't hurt yourself doing something stupid, you'll only get mad at yourself.

Also, chins are a very bicep/shoulder dominant lift. If you want to really hit your lats, stick to pull ups.

Oh for sure I do it for myself, an audience helps me get some extra reps though hahaha. Idk though cuz Zir told me that chins hit the lats better than pull ups. Pull ups hit the teres more for what I heard.

I agree with Cork. I feel pull ups are more effective for the lats.

Nah, you're either remembering it backwards, or you're calling a chin up what is in actuality a pull up. Pull ups are when your palms are facing away from you.

LOL - Nice advice from Cork, an ol man of 25! hahahaha I'm much more reckless....go ahead and lift for the ladies, dude - just don't loose your focus or watch them instead of the weights while your lifting. (Could be uber embarassing) Afterwards you can ask them if they know any good stretching exercises...;-) - got to look REAL innocent when u ask tho...

LOL you guys are out of control! its 2:30am and im sitting here laughing by myself
so, what is it fellas? chins for lats, or pullups? I always thought chins hit lats better because you used less biceps but then someone told me pullups are better because your bis dont get fatigued before your lats get a good work out since chinups are an unnatural movement for your biceps.
lol Ive been doing chin/pullups for 15yrs and now i feel like i need to know what they do all of the sudden

I think you got it turned around brotha. Chin ups are when your palms are facing you, thus leading to more biceps work. And Pull ups are when palms are facing away from you leading to less biceps work and more so focusing on the lats.
