None taken man. One thing that martial arts has taught me is that no matter how good you get and how much and hard you train, there will always be someone better than you.

Thanks bro, I'm working up to those 100lbs DBs too. No matter what I do my I forget to do higher reps haha, I always end up holding a heavy ass barbell doing 3 reps.

Shoulders and Tricep

Db shoulder press
55-12
60-7
65-5 PB reps
70- Well these got dropped

Arnold press
35=12
45-10
50-8,5

Upright rows (never do these)
65-9,9,7

Lying tricep extensions
60-11
65-9,8

Tricep pressdown
50-10
55-10,10

I looked huge after this, I decided to take a picture cuz I thought I'd actually grown! Yup the biceps are balloons, shoulders boulders, and tris are uhh big haha. I love walking in the bathroom to take a piss and doing a quick tricep pose to show off the 3 heads that I can now see perfectly!

My entire shoulder and trap complex was pumped and that really made me as a whole look much bigger. The tricep pressdown numbers change everywhere I do it, at school it' 72lbs at my house it's 55 at the Boy's club it's like 110 lol.

I feel like I've finally reached a point with bodybuilding where I'm satisfied with my size, in the sense that every time I look in the mirror I don't shake my head. I don't feel small anymore. That said now it's time to get big. I feel like when I'm just sitting in school, arms unpumped, they still look small until I flex them then they get like 2 inches bigger haha. I need to fix this problem.

Hey man nice post - a coupla suggestions for the diet - if you like sweet cereals try something like a granola or smart start - I think the carbs in those are more complex. Also in lieu of the Poptarts - try a PB&J sandwich on toasted wheat french bread. Get the sugar free strawberry jam (Smuckers?)- tastes great - no sugar calories! Apart from that - great diet for a guy your age & build - you will definately grow on that!

So much for the dedication... to this log anyway. I have the dedication to the gym but I also have like 5 finals this week and have been swamped with work. Anyway, I just got home from school where I've been for exactly 10 hours! After school I had to go to an afterschool math review which was pointless because I literally knew everything they were doing so I left. Maybe I'll hit up the science review tomorrow after school instead. But yeah anyway, after that I went and hit the weights. My test's through the roof, I can feel it. So without further ado---

Shoulder, biceps, triceps, forearms
Barbell shoulder press-45-12, 95-10, 100-10, 105-7, 110-5
Upright rows- 70-12, 75-8,7
Bent over laterals- 20-12, 25-8,7
Decline close grip bench- 135-10,140-9, 145-9, 150-6
Lying tricep extensions- 75-9,7
Single arm reverse grip pulldown-15-8,8,8,8,8,8 (L,R)
Seated curls- 85-10,8,6
Hammer curls-30s-7,7 (Just didn't feel like doing these, so I listened to my body and didn't)
Incline curls-20-18, 16,14 (left and right total)
Behind back curls-95-15, 100-10,8
Thing with a rope and a stick and a weight that you twist till it's wound up, know what I mean? like I did that twice for a killer burn then called it a day.

I'm extremely optimistic about the results I'll get over the next 3 months. One of the big guys at school said "he's not that big" refering to me. Well I will be that big when I come back to school next year! That motivates me everyday.

I've been thinking about taking ZMA as a testosterone booster. I obviously don't need one true, but ZMA or zinc, magnesium and vitamin b 6 has been shown to be a very powerful test booster, 30% increases in test. Now of course I'll still need to do tons of research but it looks like a good option, much better than a prohormone which I thought about.

I know all the dangers of steroids at a young age but test boosters will most likely have no effect on my development. I need to figure out if I'm far enough into puberty, or close enough to done, that it's safe to take ZMA. Like a say I have to research a lot more, but it's getting to the point where I can't compete with these guys on test boosters. No matter how much better my lifting technique, routine, sleep schedule and diet is, the guy with more testosterone is still on top (to an extent).

Diet

Meal 1 6:10
Protein shake
Banana (mostly glucose not fructose and I'm out of glycomaize)
Meal 2 6:45
Sandwich
fruit snacks
Cheese stick
Meal 3 7:20
Bagel (white)
Apple juice
Chocolate milk
Meal 4 10:00
Pretzels
Nature Valley Bar
Meal 5 11:45
BBQ ribs
WW bun
Chocolate milk.
Peanuts
Raisins
Meal 6 3:30
NaNO Vapor
Meal 7 4:45
Protein shake
Nature valley bar
Meal 8 6:45
4 oz chicken breast
1 cup brocolli
----------------
2700, 73, 314, 170
Cal, Fat,carb, pro

Of course I'm not done eating yet, I still need another 27g fat, 80g carbs and well I have plenty of protein.

I just realized I'm a perfectionist. And prolly have OCD as well because certain things I'll just dwell on foreeeever. Like if someone says they don't like me (which has literally only happened twice) the reason being that I'm nice to EVERYONE, I never steal from people or tell secret or any of that bull****. Then someone'll be like hey did you hear that Joe doesn't like you and called you a skevey bastard? Uhhh, why I didn't do anything to him, I'll never said anything but nice words to him and I chill with him all the time. What the ****?

And then if I smoke I'll just dwell on it forever like "why the **** did I just do that, I just ****ed up my whole quitting". Then I'll get all pissed and punch ****. If my diet's a off if the weights are down all that **** to different extents.

Hey I'm not mad anymore, yaaaay. Hahah I think I'll just say **** those people, you don't like me, do something about it, otherwise shut your mouth. Simple as that.

Sorry, I like to talk.

Why are you so worried about what the other guys think? DO this for yourself Mike, bodybuilding is about competing against yourself, not the guy next to you. Everyone has different genetics and their bodys react differently to everything, so they can probably gain weight easier than you. Take your time and you'll be big, trust me. You have the knowledge and dedication to do it.

Yeah I definitly plan on posting here in the summer a lot like last summer. I'm gonna have summer lifting at school this summer for football but that's about it.

It's not that I worried about what they say but I would just prefer people to talk about me and say better things. And since it's about lifting, something I already do, it just motivates be because I want to be the best.

I don't really think that's always true. Most a lot of the time it is.

There was very little lifting today, I did a few rotator cuff exercises, and ran half a mile. Mostly just to kill time, I wanted to workout but my legs were too sore for deads. I actually started typing this yesterday so I hae the back workout for today that'll be up later along with the nutrition plan.

Ever since squatting on Monday I can feel a huge increase in testosterone, I have a huge amount of confidence, especially with girls. I have way more focus and energy, my recovery is seemingly better because I blasted my shoulder, bis and tris and I wasn't stiff or anything the next day. Of course that's just my fault though for not lifting hard enough apparently. So I upped the sets from 6 for biceps to 10 or 12 somethign like that, my arms haven't been growing at all, I don't think I'm hitting that hard enough. There's such an over emphasis on overtraining on the board that I actually started undertraining. I got the balance now though.

Off to pound down some food, peace out guys.

Yeah I was thinking that too, but I've been eating a lot more saturated fat lately. That way my body makes more cholesterol and hopefully leads to testosterone increases.

Careful with the test increases - you'll end up an over sexed hairy beast! LOL - maybe that's not so bad - long as you don't have to shave your forehead! Good luck on the exams, Man!

I passed keyboarding! And 10th grade haha yay. Well here's my first post since summer vacation started. I did legs yesterday to get the test levels up. Arms today.

BB 21s- 70lbs-7(low), 7 (high), 7 (full) 75lbs- 7(low), 7 (upper) 5 (full)

Db single arm hammer curls- 45-11(r), 9 (l), 10(R), 9 (l)

Cable preacher curls
20lbs-13, 30-8,5

Decline CGBP Smith machine cuz I'm at home today
115-13,135-12, 140-10, 145-8

Db overhead extensions(skullcrushers)
45lbs-10,10 (this hurt my shoulder a little so I stopped, I wonder why it hurt?)

Standing overhead bb extensions
Bar-10,10,10

That last exercise was just because I felt little doing one more tricep exercise. I didn't even put weight on the bar, I just did it quick. I'm eating as much as I can but it's barely enough. I really wish I had a better appetite. I've have today's diet up in a little bit once I've eaten more.

Everything today was higher reps and relatively light weight. Next time I'll be going heavier, usually curl 85lbs for reps and bench more like 160-170 on close grip.

Thanks Mperk! Great to see you around still, I haven't seen you posting much. Junior year should be fun, hopefully I will be huge for it.

My day's diet's almost done, I've been reading my nutrition book lately and making great progress. Should be a fun and productive summer.

Send me a link to it. I'll start looking for it to see if I can find it. I'll take pics tomorrow. I'm starting to get big already. I finally don't feel small and can wear sleeveless shirts, so I'm pretty happy with that.

I was diagnosed today with irritable bowel syndrome. This is just what doctors call digestive problems that they can't fix/diagnose. I was reluctant to even go to the doctor because of that. No big deal though, I never really have any problems I just wanted to make sure that my food was being digested properly and absorbed. But yeah they gave me this bacteria that's "good" because everyone with IBS apparently has too much bad bacteria to good(that was totally sarcastic).

So I'm gonna try to medicine for a month and if I still wake up to an acid stomach I'll do my own research and figure it out for my self. I had hoped the doctor would do that, no such luck. Seriously all that I told him is that I went through a panflit and underlined stuff that I have in common. But my whole thing is that there's so many different digestive problems and bunching them all together as one classification just doesn't cut it.

Anyway, after the doctor's appointment I went home. I was gonna do back today but I've worked out 4 days straight and my a good friend of mine was in town finally so I chilled with him. I did keep a nutrition log for today though.

FOOD
whey protein
banana
creatine
6 eggs 2 yolks
orange juice
peanuts
half cup oats
1 packet oatmeal
tuna
giant iced tea
chicken breast
pop tart
pretzels
1 packet oatmeal
half cup oats
fruit snacks ( I love fruit snacks lol)
nature valley bar
Giant iced tea
peanut butter
protein shake
cottage cheese
cod
corn on cob

Sorry for the list, I didn't feel like making the divisions but w/e you still see what I'm eating

Macros:3340 cal, 68g fat, 452g carb, 200g protein(complete) I count incomplete proteins as half of what they are...4=2.

10 grams of creatine on the day, knowledge increased, muscles recovered, I weight 166lbs now. I'm gonna go read a chapter in my nutrition book then go to bed, back and biceps tomorrow!

Hey man - good decision to take a day off. Bummer about IBS - you might look into chinese herbal stuff - i had problems a few years ago and the accupunturist said i had "blocked Chee" and gave me these drops called "wandering something". Tasted bitter but did the trick. It's all experimentation - i am sure you'll figure out what works for you.

one more note - i used to eat a lot of protein bars but they are all sweetened with malitol or sugar alcohol - both made me phart like an elephant at the zoo! Quit those and the problem went away.

Sugar alcohol has a laxative effect when eating in amounts near 50g(huge huge amount) but some people eat that much of it so they have to have the warning on products containing sugar alcohol.

They gave me this stuff called Align, it's good bacteria, like I said, well I took one yesterday and I see a difference. My gut isn't bloated this morning and I feel like I could eat a horse! Usually I struggle to get a protein shake down. This is great hopefully it makes my acid stomach go away too.

It seems like everything in Chinese has something to do with Chee, too much chee, bad chee, blocked chee lol. Glad it worked for ya though, I wonder what he gave you.
