Alright well that's crap. I'm about to crisin my munchies and get some FOOOOD. Nature valley bar, nuts, hopefully another source of carbs. Tomorrow's an off day :( now I have nothing to do. Maybe I'll go for a bike ride, I love bike rides because it gives me the freedom to travel anywhere I want. That's something I haven't had before because I don't drive yet.
60g fat and 370g carbs is maybe half exceptable, protein's too high I'll bring that down. See the problem today is that I didn't do the macros till the end, usually I know where I am so I know what to eat, I didn't do that today. I will tomorrow, it was slow but I'm finally 100% on track and I'll chop off my foot before I leave these tracks.
