lookin good IM, ya just finsihed a cup myself. carful tho it can be hard on the stomach. i cant drink coffee within 2 hrs of a wo, bend over to do a dead or something and end up almost pukin up coffee=gross=****ty wo. dont know what supps your takin but alot of caffeine in most of them. bigs ups for goin for a comp. id love to get into some powerlifting comp sometime soon. dont forget to update!!

Man merc. your lifts are sick! Man I'm pretty big and you bench a heck of a lot more than I do and I am a little stronger in the legs, but that is because I gotta haul my fat-a.s.s. around all day, lol.

Subway post out ay?... I prefer a scoop of creatine, whey protein, and some glyco maize hahaha.

Workouts look great, this is a great looking log and you have goals much similar to my own. You're lifts are impressive as hell, especially for your size, heightwise I'm saying. Physique is also looking very impressive, I'll be happy if I'm lifting what you are when I'm your age.

well buddy, one thing i'd suggest is more shoulder and arm emphasis... your chest is more well developed than your arms and shoulders. I'd suggest more shoulder pressing... behind the head and in front as your main excercises with a barbell
