chest and tri day
Dumbbell Flat Bench- 4x6-8
Incline Dumbbell Bench-3x6-8
Pec Deck- 3x8
Close Grip- 3x6-8
Overhead Tricep Extension-3x6-8
Weighted dips(maybe)-3x8
Pull overs- 3x6

what do you guys think...over-training or no?

your chest is going to exhausted, i would replace the close grips with push downs or skull crushers. dips to finish might be good if your plan is to hit both as a last exercise. otherwise go make your chest and tri's sore.

yes this will be my training log...i dont know about the pull overs and dips right now...depends on how i feel at the time....but after tomorrow ill post a new training log which will include tomorrows workout with weight...and any future workouts when i get the chance to update
