ok so i meet with a guy that is going to start advising me on some training, nutrition and posing for my contest. after meeting with him last night we decided that i am a fat ass lol, not really just that i am going to start a clean bulk/cut. basically i will be cutting but very slowly. i will be keeping a log of my meals for him and of my workouts for him so i will also post those up for you guys to see and critique. also i will post what he says about it. thanks guys and i will actually keep up on this.

thanks for stoping by guys. this should really get started this thursday once i load up on food and cook my meals. right now he has me eating 4 solid meals and 2 shakes a day at 400 g of protein ed and 300g of carbs ed. split it up between meals and there i go. also we have bumped up my cardio and supplemnts. almost got the wife convinced for gear so we shall see. funny thing is my mom is ok with it if monitered by my trainer and she is gonna plant some seeds in the wifes head lol.
