The Story: Im a 19 yr old college student, my stats are 5'10 174lbs....I have been working out off an on for the past year and have put on about 10lbs in that time but I have decided to take my dedication to a new level and turn myself into an anabolic muscle growing machine!

The Goal
:Weigh in at 195lbs and under 12 percent bf

The Supps: Creatine (Kre-Akyln), Isoflex Isolate Protein, NO Shotgun, Multi V, Weider L-Glutamaine

The Diet:

Wake Up
4 Eggwhites
1 Whole Wheat Toast or Oatmeal
1 Scoop of Isoflex,L- Glutamine Shake

Pre Workout
Rice
NO Shotgun
Tuna

Post Workout
1 Scoop of Isoflex, L-Glutamine Shake
Raisins
Kre Akyln Capsule

Snack
Mixed Nuts
Milk

Supper

Salmon or Chicken
Whole Wheat Pasta or Rice
Green Veggies

Bedtime

Milk
Nuts

Also drink lotsa water

The Routine:

Monday:Chest, Biceps
Tuesday:Legs, Abs
Wen:Off
Thurs:Back, Tricep
Fri:Shoulder, Calves
Weekends: Off

Preforming 3 exercises per muscle group for 8-10 reps and 4 sets(1 warm up)

Watcha guys think any suggestions?
