Hey guys, just finished a 24-hour carb up for my CKD, might have eaten a little bit too many carbs but I should be fine since I'm only keeping it to the 1 day instead of 2 day. Was at a buddies house on the weekend so I couldnt measure everything as accuately as I wanted to. Anyways I'm back on keto now for the last 2 meals of the day, going to do some LI cardio tomorrow morning upon waking...I'll be posting pretty much everything and anything regarding nutrition/sups/training in this log, so if you guy wanna drop in and give your 2 cents feel free.

Today woke up, did about 50 mins low intensity cardio before breakfast.

This is what I ate today:
Meal 1:
4 whole eggs
2 tsp butter

Meal 2:
30 g Part Skim Motzerella
30 g Marble Cheddar
1/2 Cup Green Beans
1 oz. Almonds

Meal 3:
3 oz. Avacado
2 Tbsp. Natty Peanut Butter
3/4 Scoop whey

Meal 4:
3 oz. Prime Rib
1/2 Cup Broccoli
30 g Marble Cheddar

Meal 5:
3 oz. Prime Rib
1 oz. Almonds

Meal 6:
3/4 scoop casein
3 Tbsp. Natty Peanut butter

Tomorrow is my first depletion workout, going to be doing Chest/Delts/Tris/Abs

Woke Up today at 7:00, at breakfast at 7:30

MEAL 1:
4 whole eggs
2 Tsp butter

1st depletion workout at 8:45
1 scoop whey Post w/o

MEAL 2:
3 oz. Prime Rib
1/2 Cup Green beans
1 oz. Almonds

MEAL 3:
2 Hot dogs
30 g Marble Cheddar
30 g Part Skim Mozzarella

MEAL 4:
2 Tbsp. Natty PB
60g Part Skim Mozzarella

MEAL 5:
2 oz. Chicken
3 oz. Avacado
2 Tbsp Natty PB

MEAL 6:
1/2 Scoop Casein
3 Tbsp. Natty PB

Macros
Fat:170.25 g
Carbs:28g
Protein:174.5
Cals: 2354

Depletion workout was as followed:
(Exercise, Reps)
Flat Bench 12,10,8,8
Dips 12,10,9
Behind Neck Press 10,10,9
Rear Laterals 14, 13
Triceps Pushdown 15,11,10
Reverse crunches 12,8
Machine Crunches 17,15

Tomorrow is second day depletion - Legs, Back, Bis

Oh and also I did an hour of jujitsu last night, which acts like a sub for cardio
