cant do any running anymore, have to do it on the oliptical machine, have 3 screws in my knee cap and if i run or jog the scar tissue rubs against the screws, so thats a big no no from my doctor, but the oliptical machine has 12 different settings, and has no effect on my knee`s,, part of the joys of getting older

i broke my knee cap when i was busting cement out of a drive way about 18 years ago, when i was doing construction work, i was swinging a sledge hammer and busting up the bigger pieces of cement and my right foot was caught in some rebar while i was swinging the sledge i kinda lost balance and fell sideways while my lower leg decided to not follow the same direction as the rest of my body, ripped the middle part of my knee cap out from the rest of the cap ,, the guy i was working with heard my knee crack like when you crack your knuckles, about 3 cracks and that was that, now i`m part bionic man..haha

yea it was a bit more of a boo boo than a nail,, i was like fuuaacckk i cant move my leg, it just hung there , swollen up so bad they had to cut my pants off, new jeans to as i recall, was more pissed about that than the leg , ohh but the drugs they give you when your in serious pain.. NICE

yea mike that **** is addictive as hell, knew this girl that was in rehab, she was doing Percocet and Oxycodone at large amounts like 10 pills each every day, all started with a back condition and the doctors started the pain pills and well over time you build up a tolerance to them and then they gave her the oxycodone along with the percocet and it just progressed from there, she was so addicted to them it was pretty sad, young girl and it all started out with just one little pill, very easy to get addicted to that ****, best to just steer clear if you can avoid it..
