thanks my man, i notice if i go above 2,200 i gain fat and that is watching what i eat, i bought some whey protein today since the syntha-6 is slow to digest, which i learned from all you here, so i think upping the whey intake and just using the syntha-6 for morning and night may help with weight loss.??

last week number 5 started today, using plasmagen and if you can dig it my bicep went from 18 pumped to 18 1/4 pumped, my pb , my goal was the end of the year to get over 18 inches, but holy **** am i extremely happy with that, i measured it 4 times, i just could not believe it was 1/4 inch bigger from last week, i do believe after my post cycle ends i`m going with this cycle again after the bf gets under 10% , this plasmagen is the real deal , every work out just blows up your muscles and the nice thing is there are no stimulants in it, which for me are hard on my guts, i have a thread on my plasmagen usage if you want to check out my thoughts on that, also thanks to my buddie mperk i`ll be checking out the ckd diet. thats it for today any way later bro`s

final update on epistane cycle, week 5

alrighy guys, this is the end of the 5 week cycle, started out looking a bit soft and not to defined, look at my albums in my personal profile and they are all marked by weeks, went to the doc did some blood work, liver ,colestrol ,stuff like that, going to start tomorrow on the 6-oxo, weight is down to 195 loss from last week of 5 pounds, thats my goal along with staying strong, freak has me on a pretty good diet plan and it has only been about 3 days,so next week i`ll start my diet thread, also thanks for all the support along the way, i know my weak body part is my quads, always have been, even while i was squating heavy , my 1rep max of 500 was about as helpfull as not even working up to that weight, some people have strong legs and just dont have that mass, anyway, here a a couple of pics from my album i just updated, so if you want to see the rest and comment on what i need to work on, and dont say legs, i already know that one and i do work them, and other than body fat , thats my next 2 months goal, so yes i need to get that down, over all if my blood work comes back clean i`ll probably do another cycle of the epistane, loved the strength, and was not bulking so gaining size was not my goal here, i did not have any sides other than the last couple of weeks of mild back cramps, no mood swings, little loss of libido,and thats about it,oh and did i mention that i do this all from home, these are my home dungeon machines.

Whoa - now that's impressive - the part about doing it from home!!!!!!

i could never lift weights next to that couch - hope there's no TV in the room - LOL!

as for the results - Excellent man! great improvement in 5 weeks - quads, you could work on but your calves look really thick and well defined; upper body nice thickness, proportion & balance! When you cut another 3-5% bf you'll look really ripped! Back double bi is great. Way to go dude!

damn it perkster i know my quads suck suck suck, but ya know no matter how hard i work them they get stronger but they never grew, now that sucks huh, now you know why i never competed, i dont like to brag about my weight lifts, but when i was working out at the gym years ago, my partner was really into squats , so i ended working my way up to a 1 time lift of 500 pounds, it took me years to reach it and its like **** it they dont grow they just get stronger, bad,very bad genetics in my quads, but thanks for the rest of the nice remarks.
