alrighy guys, this is the end of the 5 week cycle, started out looking a bit soft and not to defined, look at my albums in my personal profile and they are all marked by weeks, went to the doc did some blood work, liver ,colestrol ,stuff like that, going to start tomorrow on the
6-oxo, weight is down to 195 loss from last week of 5 pounds, thats my goal along with staying strong, freak has me on a pretty good diet plan and it has only been about 3 days,so next week i`ll start my diet thread, also thanks for all the support along the way, i know my weak body part is my quads, always have been, even while i was squating heavy , my 1rep max of 500 was about as helpfull as not even working up to that weight, some people have strong legs and just dont have that mass, anyway, here a a couple of pics from my album i just updated, so if you want to see the rest and comment on what i need to work on, and dont say legs, i already know that one and i do work them, and other than body fat , thats my next 2 months goal, so yes i need to get that down, over all if my blood work comes back clean i`ll probably do another cycle of the epistane, loved the strength, and was not bulking so gaining size was not my goal here, i did not have any sides other than the last couple of weeks of mild back cramps, no mood swings, little loss of libido,and thats about it,oh and did i mention that i do this all from home, these are my home dungeon machines.
