day 3 03/08/08

rest day

food log

11.am 2 slices toast with jam 3 eggs 1 whole 2 whites

2.pm Sunday lunch
1200 Cal's

7.pm 3 glasses of low fat milk and a slice of toast with jam

11.pm 5 weetabix with 2 tbl spoons of sugar.

Bro, regardless if you lifted those numbers or not...your diet still sucks. I don't know how you think your eating enough, but to gain any mass you aren't. Even if you were cutting the diet is not going to give you great results.

So before you try and say you don't need any help, post a diet that has some thought behind it.

as stated it was a rest day so i tend 2 not put any effort into my diet as it is a rest day so i cheat.here is my regular diet 6 days a week.
pre-workout
banana
post-workout
banana+50g protein shake
10 am 3 eggs 1 whole 2 whites scrambled+2 slices toast brown.
1pm same as 10 am
4pm 2 chicken breast fillets grilled+veg steamed
7pm turkey breast grilled with a low fat yogurt
10pm 3 egg whites.
liquid
4 Lt's water 1 Lt OJ and 1 red bull
and that's my diet.
