my wife always says I look better in person than in my pics. I tell her thats cuz shes looking at me through love goggles hehehe. Be sides guys having some fat and cutting will produce more of a profound difference in 12 weeks than bulking from a cut.

heres my huge secret weapon... top secret; chicken brown rice and green vegies. all steamed no added sodium making up protein deficit with powder. last 4 weeks deplete carbs last one carb up keeping calories low. OK I know its very old school but it works.

Well I won't be able to have my pics up tonight. My gf is a lazy piece of ass that won't do anything to help me. She sleeps all day and has to rush out of the house when it's time for her but if I need something then I guess I'm screwed. So I guess no contest for me this time unless I can post them tomorrow.
