Everyone who entered this contest and stayed with it to the end is a winner. You all have done amazing, everyone made definite improvements, so please pat yourselves on the back. I’m honored to have been able to judge your progress. My apologies for the lateness but the last week for me has been from hell and I wanted to do this right and not rush thru it.
All my comments in this critique will based on your physique as it now, not would it should be, in other words I will not say generalized comments like – you need more size, keep eating or you lack definition, do more cardio. I will however point imbalances and areas where I believe extra work is required.

Everyone did amazing, worked your butts off either trying to get some size or cut off weight. Your first taste of getting ready for a contest. Everyone’s posing improved by leaps and bounds, very nice. The hardest thing to do is give instructions via posting so if anyone wants additional help let know and we’ll work something out.

Lets get started:
Big Rich12 - huge improvement in the back, your lats have widened and taken shape, your shoulders picked up size and some definition, improved in the chest, your arms even increased in size and definition slightly, nice improvement in the legs too.
Your weaknesses are still need more work on your back especially the area between the shoulder blades and lower back – more dead lifts and try doing some shrugs on an incline bench at 45 degrees, legs need more size to keep up with your upper body, rear delts need to be bigger to much your front delt, your left arm and shoulder appear to slightly smaller than your right, and upper chest need some more size. You have a solid base so keeping working big man.

Crush – definite lowering in the body fat, I could see a definite tightening of your midsection – very very nice, huge improvements in the back – lats are definitely wider and more defined, you have more definition in the chest, slight improvement in the legs, I feel you deserve the most improved poser award.
Your weaknesses – rear delt needs more work, upper chest needs more size to match your improved mid and lower chest, legs needs more size, and little more width in lats,

Ericmillah – improvements in the lat area, can’t see much else due the different posing from the first to last,
Your weaknesses – not many, you have a solid base to build on, your core the chest, abs, back need refining, these are probably the easiest to work on, but you have great shoulders, arms, and legs which sometimes are the hardest for guys to develop.

MikeNYY420 – development in the following areas: better thickness in back, wider lats, shoulders, biceps – increased peak, triceps came up some, lower chest nice improvement. Basically your whole upper body got much better.
Weaknesses: upper chest, lower back – need to work on your lower lat( bent over rows or cable rows), legs – keep hittin them hard, triceps need more size to keep up with your amazing bi’s.

Xematic – very nice improvements in the back and arms and shoulders, traps got thicker, legs look more defined and cut
Weaknesses: more size in your chest to balance with your front delt, need some more size in the side and rear delt to balance off your shoulders, your outer tricep is much bigger than your inner – more skull crushers, little more width on you lats to keep pace with your back thickness.

Overall everyone posing got so much better it was very hard to judge you guys against your first pics. Crush did amazing on the weight loss, you can it in the midsection. Bigrich12 made definite improvements in his back and shoulders. Mike and Xematic made huge improvements in their upper bodies which make this a very tough call, they both improved their arms, back, shoulders, and chest.

I going with Mike for the most dramatic and visible improvements.

For the non-nattys
My nod is for Gringo. Dude you got huge and still maintained you waist line. Very nice big man. Nice improvements in the arms and back, very nice V-tamper.
Weaknesses: everything looks good, didn’t see your legs so I can’t say anything bad about them, keep up the hard work it really showing.

Mitbar – your back is much bigger, very nice, but you need to focus on the lower lat hit the cable rows hard. Also hit dumbbell pull over or cable stiff arm pull down for your lats. On your tricep pose, cup your hand palm up under your butt, put your finger tips of your other hand in that palm and push down and pull at the same time. Rotate your chest a little more to the front and stick your chest out. This will show your shoulder separation and allow you to get your arm straight up and down. Your chest needs more work, try super setting both flat and incline dumbbell bench press with flies for a few weeks to bring some definition. Your rear delts need to come up to match that huge front delt. Your traps look great. Your wheels are way ahead of the game, nice sweep and you’re carrying some separation already. All in all you have a solid build to do a contest with. I think you will do very well.

Thanks for the compliments dan! I really appreciate it! As for the legs, they've always been the lagging part of my body but I've been trying to work at them, Been making progress in the gym so hopefully they catch up. I hope to in the next month or so to hit up a cycle so hopefully that will really kick everything into high gear! Thanks again!

on the cable rows, find a bar that allows a grip almost shoulder width, this allows your arms clearance as you pull the bar to your stomach and allows you squeeze your shoulder blades together. the narrow grip IMO doesn't allow the squeezing in the back.

on the chest, flat bench bumbbell press super setted with flat bench flies. then do incline dumbbell press super setted with incline flies. do 3 sets each, this will burn the piss out of your chest. you will huge strength increases later.

Wow I was really hoping I'd win this! Thanks for the judging and advice Dan! I knew that I'd have to bring up my triceps so I started hitting them harder and tried to bring out the long head more. I've been focusing on lower back and upper chest too, so I'm glad we agree on my weaknesses.

Thanks Crush, I think we all deserve it because we all worked our asses off.

So is this official that I won or is there another judging or something?
