I thought if i made enough progress id post them for fun but holy**** posing is soooo hard!! i look so silly and a girl looking 'most muscular' is horrible! well me any way hahaha. good on you guys!!! looking good! now where xemantic and mit? mit your pics always freak me out you can totally see right inside your belly button lol.

MikeNY posin is lookin great! Your lats are startin to pop, nice job! On your side chest try grabbin your wrist not your hand. That way you can pull your arm back hard and pull your chest up.

i took 2 weeks off...my lats grew ..i gained alot of fat in my chest
..im gonna finish up my upper "v", build up my bi's, and then cut....
...i think this contest is over Nov. 1st, so i probably wont be cutting by then...
