I never wanted to do this because I never felt the need to. I never felt like I had to prove anything because it's mainly e-stats, but I feel like now it's going to help me gauge exactly what I have to do to get where I want to be. Life's been pretty crazy lately with work and school and trying to get the training and food in, but now since summer school's over tomorrow life's going to be getting easier and i figured I might as well finally start my first log.
I've never ever logged any weights before in my life. It's all been in my head. Sure I had my maxes in my profile for a while, but that's stupid. It's time to get serious and reach 180 and then cut back and start again.
So if you're interested and can offer any sort of help then I'd love to hear from you. Please give me any sort of advice and let me know what you think. I'll post a few pics here and there and I'm getting a video here eventually. Life's going to take a turn for the brolic, my good ladies and gents. Watch what happens.
