set3 and 4 the same as 2
-One arm DB row
set1: 90lbs x 10
set2: 110lbs x6-8
set3 and 4 the same as 2
-wide arm seated row(machine)
set1: 90lbs x 10
set2: 180lbs x 10
set3: 270lbs x 6
set4: 360lbs x 6
-BB curl
set1: 85 lbs x 10
set2: 105lbs x 6
set3: 105lbs x 6
set4: 105lbs x 6, 85lbs x 6, 65lbs x 10
-DB hammer curls
set1: 65lbs x 10
set2: 75lbs x 6
set3: 80lbs x 6
set4: 80lbs x 6
-Concentration curl
set1: 45lbs x 10
set2: 50lbs x 6
set 3 and 4 same as set 2
...To finish workout I did hammer curls starting with 50lbs x 10, then 40lbs x 10, and finally 30lbs x 10.
