KM's Training/Nutrition Log: Part II
What's up!
It's July 4th, so I'm deciding on developing another log to drift the focus on my nutrition and training, and soon to be supplementation to my next competition in May! The organization is NGA. Past show was OCB, and who knows, I might do a show from the OCB also! Competing has now gotten the best of me, fallen in love and want to improve so drastically that people are ganna be like "holy shit that kid was small!". Learned so much in the past 10 months of contest preparation and I plan to make these next 11 months unbelievable.
So, enough blabbing.
Goals:
- Shoot to 150-160 lbs by March 2009.
- Improve weights to further muscle hypertrophy.
- Supplement correctly to produce gains (new).
- Continue consistency.
All goals will be rough, but of course when you put your mind to it, it can be achieved. These goals aren't anything unreachable so I should remain mentally stable! Always was a problem for me as many of you guys know. Especially Jake lol. 1qwert will still be whipping my ass into full gear and not let me fall behind. If anyone would like to discuss in this log about anything, let me know! Would love to do it.
Stats/numbers as of now:
Height: 5'8"
Weight: (Last competition weight: 128 lbs, 3% BF). Now: 137 lbs 5% BF.
Max's or close to:
Squat: 250 lbs.
Deadlift: 265 lbs.
Bench: 175 lbs.
Military Press: 145 lbs.
Plan is to break the 300's in something. I don't add easily so will be rough but do-able!
Supplementation starting on the week- 7th of July:
ON Pro Complex.
BSN True Mass.
Gaspari Size On.
Nutraplanet Leucine.
Dextrose (?) <--- maybe.
All I need, more than I have ever taken before but of course will all be taken carefully. Nothing intense, giving creatine a try because Crown Supplements shipped a free Size On! Woooo! I'm a fan of Pro complex, so using that. And of course an ecto needs a gainer!
Diet:
Not much I need to add. I'm bulking, but the difference now is I know how my body responds to certain foods and nutrients. Will be beastly. Plan to add some junk in there because, I NEED it to grow. That on me.
Macronutrient breakdowns (there-abouts):
Protein: 190-200g.
Carbs: 380g-410g.
Fat: 100-120g.
Total cal: 4-5k.
