What was your basis for thinkingthe soreness had to do with your diet before? Even from what you said above it sounds like if you don't get enough carbs and run out of energy that will result in DOMS eventually. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that diet must have some impact on whether the muscle is sore or not.

Yeah...you are wrong.

Only basis diet would effect DOMS is CNS drain which is in most cases caused by undereating.

DOMS isn't caused by any fluctuation in diet.

Caused by microdamage to the muscle cell membrane. I meant during the time period not because I was cutting. You most cases get this from poor conditioning, change in fiberal patters (Different fibers are used in resistance). This is caused by a change in the neurological system thus done by changing certain aspects of your routine.

If I change my routine, and pound carbs, I'll still be sore. That simple.

Wednesday, July 23rd.

The Grub!

Meal 1 (rush)
35g whey protein
2 6" bananas
1 cup oats

Meal 2
1 large whole wheat bagel (45g carbs)
3 whole eggs
2.5 slices lean turkey bacon
1 lean sausage patty
1 slice american cheese

Meal 3 (post workout)
40g whey protein
1 serv. creatine gluconate (pwo, 31g+ carbs)
1 6" banana
1 slice white bread

Meal 4
2 cups whole wheat pasta:
210g carbs
34g protein
7g fat

Meal 5
4 oz chicken breast
2 large sweet potatoes
1 whole grain bagel
1 tbspn peanut butter

Meal 6
1 large chocolate donut
.5 serv. serious mass gainer
180g carbs
38g protein
4g fat

Meal 7
1.5 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup almonds
2 tbspn peanut butter

NOTE: Carbs were legit through the roof. Was intense! I need it though cuz otherwise I'm dead. I'm a strange dude. Protein is where it's at, plus a little. Fat...yeah don't care lol. I have not weighed myself and do not plan to until December lmao.

Yep.

The Fluids!

1 gal water
2 whey protein shakes
1 gluconate shake
1 gainer shake

NOTE: Yeah I don't really feel I need much more water. I know I'm on creatine and all but my body adapts fine just to that. Up it you think? Too many shakes for my liking on a bulk but had to get my hair cut lol.

The Iron!

Back Day.
...God help me.

Romanian Deadlifts
135 lbs x 12
175 lbs x 12
200 lbs x 12
220 lbs x 11

Dumbbell Rows
60 lbs x 12
70 lbs x 12
75 lbs x 12

Barbell Rows
85 lbs x 12
95 lbs x 11
105 lbs x 11

Wide Grip Pull Ups
BW x 11
BW X 10
BW X 8

Close Grip Pulldowns
90 lbs x 12
110 lbs x 12
115 lbs x 10

NOTE: KILLED the gym. INTENSE as hell on the deadlifts people were watching me. Not many people dead in general there, tards. But yeah was getting drained by the end. Always do, all good though will rest big for that night.

...Oh yeah. I THREW up after the last set of deads to get those extra reps. HOW GROSS my first throw up. Ahhh but was good at the same time? Shut up kevin.

I'm increasing my reps if it kills me. Will work 'til 12 then increase weight. That will be next week or the following. Feeln it.

The Supps

ON 100% Whey Protein
ON Serious Mass Gainer
Gaspari Size On

NOTE: Yeah. Gainer shake is squivalent to my shit. Gross as ballz.

GRREATTT day today thanks for reading everyone!

Kev.

as long as when you take the creatine you have in more than 1/2 a gallon or a little more you are fine.
